3 Terms and Conditions Bank of Communications Credit Card Double Fun Travel Service Package X Up to 20X Spending Reward : General Terms and Conditions: 1. Bank of Communications Credit Card Double Fun Travel Service Package X Up to 20X Spending Reward ( The Program ) is applicable to the principal cardholder and supplementary cardholder of CUP Dual Currency Diamond Card or VISA Platinum Card (Except FWD CUP Dual Currency Diamond Card, FWD VISA Platinum Card, PC Card and gift card) issued by Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited ( the Bank ) in Hong Kong ( Eligible Credit Card ), and the cardholder should fulfil the eligibility of joining Double Fun Travel Service Package ( Eligible Cardholder ). 2. To join this program, the eligible cardholder should call the registration hotline for successful registration with any eligible credit card under his/her name in below designated registration period. In case the eligible cardholder has not joined Double Fun Travel Service Package before the registration of this program, the eligible cardholder will be deemed as enrollment of Double Fun Travel Service Package during registration of this program, and subject to the terms and conditions of Double Fun Travel Service Package. In case the eligible cardholder has joined Double Fun Travel Service Package (Project No. BNDFTSP , BNDFTSP or BNDFTSP2018) before registration of this program, and the Annual unlimited travel insurance is still valid on the registration date the eligible cardholder will not be arranged for double enrollment of Double Fun Travel Service Package during registration of this program. The terms and conditions of Double Fun Travel Service Package are part of the terms and conditions of this program. 3. Eligible cardholder who has successful registration during Phase 1 registration period will be automatically registered in Phase 2 and Phase 3. If eligible cardholder does not register in Phase 1 registration period, but only register in Phase 2 registration period, only the eligible spending in Phase 2 and Phase 3 will be counted to get the rewards of this program. If eligible cardholder does not register in Phase 1 and Phase 2 registration period, but only register in Phase 3 registration period, only the eligible spending in Phase 3 will be counted to get the rewards of this program. The registration quota for 3 phases is 9,000. Each eligible cardholder can register once only with its eligible credit card.if the eligible cardholder registers repeatedly, only the first registration record confirmed by the Bank will be valid. 6. The Bank reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions, to change or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. The Bank accepts no liability for any matters relating to changes or termination of the Program. 7. In case of any disputes, the Bank's decisions shall be final and conclusive. 8. No person other than the eligible cardholder and the Bank will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any term under these Terms and Conditions. 9. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. Up to 20X Spending Reward Terms and Conditions: 1. Eligible Transactions include (1) Local retail transaction, (2) Foreign retail transaction (non HKD Transaction), (3) Online retail transaction and (4) Purchases made by post/fax/phone made by Eligible Credit Card during the spending period. Each transaction amount must be HK$400 or above (or equivalent value in foreign currency). 2. Eligible Transactions exclude local/overseas cash advance, purchase of coupon or gift card, top up amount of Octopus automatic add value service, electronic wallet transaction including but not limited to WeChat Pay, PayMe and Alipay, monthly payment for instalment plans, monthly instalment to merchants, MPF/SVC contribution, balance transfer amount, all online bill payments, purchase of casino chips, tax payment, purchase of traveller's cheques, insurance fee, payment of all credit card charges (annual fees, finance charges, etc.), handling fees for other redemption promotions and the transactions in Mainland China by using CUP Dual Currency Credit Card including transactions of Mainland property, vehicle, air ticket, fuel, wholesale, supermarket spending, hospital fee, education fee and any credit card transactions designated by the Bank from time to time. 3. Eligible cardholder can earn 5X bonus points/ spending rebate ( 5X spending reward ) for eligible transactions with eligible credit card in spending period. If the eligible transaction falls into below 4 designated spending transaction categories ( 4 spending transaction categories ) and each transaction amount is HK$400 or above (or equivalent value in foreign currency), these 4 designated spending transactions categories can earn 20X bonus points/ spending rebate ( 20X spending reward ). The Bank's decisions for the eligible transactions and 4 spending transaction categories shall be final and conclusive. The definition of 4 spending transaction categories is as below: a. Dining Transaction: All posted transactions of Local /foreign dining restaurants which settled in Hong Kong Dollars and foreign currency. Definition of Dining Transaction is classified as according to the merchant code issued by Visa International or China UnionPay from time to time. Transactions made in respect of banquet services, private function, private room events, dining outlets in hotels, department stores, associations and clubhouses, purchase made through delivery merchants, and the food and beverage services provided by the designated merchants of other spending categories will not be counted as Eligible Transactions. b. Airline Transaction: All posted transactions of Local /foreign Airline company which settled in Hong Kong

5 Dollars and foreign currency. Definition of Airline Transaction is classified as according to the merchant code issued by Visa International or China UnionPay from time to time. c. Travel agency and Travel website: All posted transactions of Local /foreign Travel agency and Travel website which settled in Hong Kong Dollars and foreign currency. Definition of Travel agency and Travel website are classified as according to the merchant code issued by Visa International or China UnionPay from time to time. d. Medical Transaction: All posted transactions of Local hospital / clinic / body check medical centers which settled in Hong Kong Dollars. Definition of hospital / clinic / body check medical centers are classified as according to the merchant code issued by Visa International or China UnionPay from time to time. 4. The eligible transaction is counted by each eligible card number (The spending of Principle card and supplementary card are counted separately). 5. 5X spending Reward includes basic 1X spending reward and the extra 4X spending reward of 5X spending Reward for the eligible spending. 20X spending Reward includes basic 1X spending reward, the extra 4X spending reward of 5X spending Reward and the extra 15X spending reward of 20X spending Reward for the eligible spending, which means total of up to 20X spending reward. Each eligible credit card can earn up to 75,000 extra spending rewards in each phase and up to 225,000 extra spending rewards for the total of 3 phases. 6. For eligible cardholder with Spending Rebate as spending reward, it is calculated by converting every 250 bonus points into HK$1 spending rebate. For eligible cardholder with Bonus Points as spending reward, the eligible cardholder can convert every 25,000 bonus points into HK$100 spending rebate. 7. Bonus Point/Spending Rebate offered will be credited to the Principle Card s Eligible Credit Card Account by the Bank in October For the Eligible Transaction made by the Eligible Cardholder s CUP Dual Currency Credit Card in Mainland China, every RMB 1 spending will be calculated as HK$1 in this promotion. 9. All spending transaction dates are counted by the transaction date of the Bank s record. Eligible Transaction must be posted before the spending rebate credited into designated credit card account. Other unposted transactions (including but not limit to dispute transactions, reversal transactions or delay posted by merchants) are not applicable for this program, and such transactions are non-eligible spending transaction. 10. The offered bonus points/ spending rebate can only be used as retail spending transaction in the future, and cannot be returned, transferred, exchanged for cash or used as cash advance withdrawal. 11. To be eligible for the offered bonus points/ spending rebate of this program, the eligible Credit Card Account must be valid and in good financial standing. Any fraud and abuse, false trading and other unauthorized, cancelled, refunded or unposted transactions is not applicable for this program. The Bank will verify the credit card transaction record to confirm credit card accounts' eligibility for the program and the entitlement of the offered bonus points/ spending rebate. The Cardholders are required to keep the relevant original sales receipts and Credit Card sales slips for inspection upon request by the Bank. In case of disputes, the Cardholders are required to submit the relevant original sale receipt(s) and Credit Card sales slip(s) for further investigation by the Bank. All relevant documents submitted to the Bank will not be returned. In case of discrepancy between the Bank's computer record

6 and details recorded on the credit card sales slip, the Bank's computer record shall prevail. 12. If the Cardholders have cancelled any related transactions which had been included in calculating for the Program after promotional period, the Bank reserves the right to debit the amount equivalent to the value of the offered bonus points/ spending rebate from the eligible Credit Card Account without prior notices. Bank of Communications Credit Card Double Fun Travel Service Package Terms and Conditions: 1. The 2018 upgraded Double Fun Travel Service Package Promotion ( Double Fun Travel Service Package ): The successful registered cardholders must be aged from 18 to 75 during the insured period and holding the Hong Kong Identity Card ( The Eligible Cardholder ), but not applicable to those cardholders who have joined Bank of Communications Credit Card Double Fun Travel Service Package Promotion on or before 15 January 2018 (Insurance Project No.: BNDFTSP or BNDFTSP ) and the insurance period has not yet expired. For the eligible supplementary cardholder to register Double Fun Travel Service Package, its eligible Principal Cardholder must register Double Fun Travel Service Package on the same day. 2. Each cardholder (whether registered by principle or supplementary Card) can register once only. The cardholder is considered in agreement with this promotion terms and conditions once the registration is successful, and the registration cannot be cancelled or changed once complete the registration. 3. Confirmation of Double Fun Travel Service Package: The eligible cardholders will receive the confirmation letter and related documents (including: the coverage plan and policy of Annual Unlimited Travel Insurance, the Coupon code and User Guides of Overseas WIFI Internet Service ) of the Double Fun Travel Service Package within 3 weeks upon successful registration date. If the eligible cardholder does not receive the confirmation letter and related documents within 6 weeks upon successful registration date, he/she is required to contact Customer Service Hotline for further enquiry, and otherwise, those documents will not be re-issued after a period of time. The cardholders who are not eligible for Double Fun Travel Service Package will receive the reject letter within 3 weeks upon registration date. 4. Effective period of Double Fun Travel Service Package : Double Fun Travel Service Package contains Annual Unlimited Travel Insurance and Free Overseas WIFI Internet Service. Annual Unlimited Travel Insurance will be valid since the issued confirmation letter date for 1 year, and the insurance plan is subject to the terms and conditions of related insurance policy and terms and conditions, please contact China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd for details and enquiry. All information are subject to relevant insurance plan and BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd s decision shall be final and conclusive. 5. Spending requirement of Double Fun Travel Service Package : For each eligible principle or supplementary cardholder(based on the HKID level), starting with the registration month from receiving the confirmation letter and within 12 calendar months, the registered cardholder s all CUP Dual Currency Diamond Cards and VISA Platinum Cards (Except FWD CUP Dual Currency Diamond Card, FWD VISA Platinum Card, PC Card and gift card) which accumulate an amount of eligible spending of more than or equal to HK$ 20,000 or accumulate an amount of eligible spending of more than or equal to HK$ 1,200 every month can join Double Fun Travel Service Package for free. 7 requirement is calculated by the Bank, otherwise other unposted transactions (including but not limit to dispute transactions, reversal transactions or delay posted by merchants) are not applicable for this promotion and are regarded as non-eligible spending transaction. 6. If the registered eligible cardholder cannot fulfill the spending requirement, no matter whether the Annual Unlimited Travel Service Insurance is used or claimed or not, and/ or the Coupon code of the overseas WIFI is used or not, the Bank reserves the right to deduct the fee (HK$1,000 per each eligible cardholder) from the Principal card account within 6 weeks after the designated spending period or upon the cancellation of the card (whichever is earlier) without prior notice. 7. Eligible Transactions : (1) Local retail transaction, (2) Foreign retail transaction (non HK$), (3) Online retail transaction and (4) purchases made by post/fax/phone, but excluding local/overseas cash advance, the reloading amount of Octopus add value service, electronic wallet transaction( including but not limited to WeChat Pay, PayMe and Alipay), all monthly payment for instalment plans, monthly instalment to merchants, MPF/SVC contribution, balance transfer amount, all online bill payment, purchase of casino chips, tax payment, purchase of traveller's cheques, payment of all credit card charges (e.g. annual fees, finance charges, etc.), insurance fee, redemption fee of other promotions and the transactions in Mainland China by using CUP Dual Currency Credit Card(including transactions of Mainland property, vehicle, aircraft ticket, fuel, wholesale, supermarket spending, hospital fee, academic fee) and any credit card transactions designated by the Bank from time to time. Any fraud or abuse, false trading and other unauthorized, cancelled, refunded or unposted transactions are not applicable for this promotion. For the transaction made by CUP Dual Currency Credit Card issued by the Bank in Mainland China, every RMB 1 of spending will be calculated as HK$1. 8. No matter whether the eligible supplementary cardholder has registered Double Fun Travel Service Package or not, the spending amount of a supplementary card will not be combined with the principal card account and cannot fulfil the spending requirement of the principle card account. For the supplementary cardholder to join this promotion, its eligible principal cardholder must register on the same day, and the principle and supplementary cardholder should fulfill their own spending requirement respectively. 9. The respective accumulated eligible spending from the principle and supplementary cardholder who have successfully registered Double Fun Travel Service Package cannot be combined. 10. The Bank will verify the credit card transaction record to confirm whether the spending requirement of Double Fun Travel Service Package of the cardholder is fulfilled or not through our system. In case of discrepancy between the Bank's record and details recorded on the credit card sales slip, the Bank's record shall prevail. Eligible cardholder is required to keep the relevant original sales receipts and credit card sales slips for inspection. China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd. and the Bank reserve the rights to call to the eligible cardholder to verify the credit card transaction records and the claim information during the insurance claim process. 11. In case of any disputes, eligible cardholders is required to submit the relevant original sales receipt(s) and credit card sales slip(s) for further investigation by the Bank. All submitted relevant documents will not be returned. 12. The eligible cardholder understands and accepts that all photos, details, availability and descriptions of all

8 products/services are provided by the designated service provider and are for reference only. The Bank has no responsibility whatsoever. All liabilities in relation to such products and/or services (including but not limited to the quality and supply) are solely borne by the designated service provider. Annual Unlimited Travel Insurance - Terms and Conditions : 13. Annual Unlimited Travel Insurance ( Travel Insurance ) is valid from the confirmation letter issued and will be effective for 1 year (The date of departure and arrival shall be within the travel insurance period) and it is subject to the date listed on the confirmation letter( Insurance Period ). The cardholder will be entitled to unlimited travel insurance protection during the insurance period. Any personal injuries due to business work, labour work and construction work are not included in the coverage of travel insurance. 14. Travel insurance is only applicable upon successful registration of Double Fun Travel Service Package and receiving the confirmation letter issued by the Bank. In case of claim, cardholder is required to submit the claim form and other required documents listed on the claim form to China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd. for further investigation. If the cardholder cannot provide the completed documents to China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd., China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd reserves the right to decline the application and its decision shall be final and conclusive. For the claim application issue, please contact China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd directly for any enquiry and the Bank makes no responsibility. The designated credit card must be valid and in good credit status cancelled during the insurance period. If the eligible cardholder cancels the designed credit card during the insurance period, the insurance plan would be invalid immediately without prior notice. The travel insurance is subject to the terms and conditions of related insurance policy and the terms and conditions, please contact China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd for details and enquiry. All information is subject to the relevant insurance policy and China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd s decision shall be final and conclusive. 15. The travel insurance is underwritten by China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd. which is authorized by Hong Kong Insurance Authority to provide general insurance business. Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited is an authorized agent of China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd. to distribute general insurance products in Hong Kong. The Travel Insurance is the product of China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd., but not Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited. In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however any dispute over the terms and conditions of the policy terms of the travel insurance should be resolved between China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd. and the eligible cardholder directly. The Travel Insurance is subject to the terms and conditions of related insurance policy. For the details of insured items and coverage, terms and conditions and excluded items (if applicable), please refer to the coverage plan and policy s terms and conditions stated on the Banks website or the confirmation letter. 16. The name, contact number, credit card number, the first 4 digits of Hong Kong Identity Card (including the prefix) and the phone registration reference number of each registered eligible cardholders will be recorded and

9 transferred to China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd. for the identity verification of cardholders and internal auditing use. The collection of data is necessary. The above data provided by the eligible cardholder is considered as in agreement of the relevant data collection and data transfer and understand the usage of the data collection. The eligible cardholder who does not accept the arrangement will be deemed to voluntarily give up to join the Double Fun Travel Service Package. For any enquiry, data changes, or any requests on the information regarding data policies, data practices and the requirement of data type, the eligible cardholder should submit the requests in writing by fax at or mail to the Data Protection Officer, Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited, 20 Pedder Street, Central, Hong Kong. Free Overseas WIFI Internet Service - Terms and Conditions: 17. Eligible cardholders can redeem Overseas WIFI Internet Service (Maximum redemption value of HK$200) (Select your own combination of preferred destination, number of dates and data) at the website of the designated service provider by using the coupon code of Overseas WIFI Internet Service ( Coupon Code Letter ) attached with the confirmation letter. If the price of the selected Overseas WIFI Internet Service exceeds HK$200, the cardholder is required to settle the remaining value with Bank of Communications Card. 18. The effective date of the coupon code is printed on the coupon code letter. The eligible cardholder should provide the coupon code and the first 6 digits of registered Bank of Communications credit card number of Double Fun Travel Service Package in the designated service provider s website during redemption, and pick up the pocket WIFI, accessories and guideline in the airport s outlet of the designated service provider within the designated period. 19. The eligible cardholder is considered as in agreement to authorize to pay the deposit fee of HK$500 of pocket WIFI and accessory by the Bank of Communications credit card during redemption. The authorization will be cancelled and the deposit fee of HK$500 will be returned to the designated credit card after the eligible cardholder returns the pocket WIFI in the airport s outlet of the designated service provider. The eligible cardholder should redeem the Overseas WIFI Internet Service at least 7 working days before departure. The eligible cardholder is required to present the successful registered Double Fun Travel Service Package Bank of Communications credit card and the confirmation when picking up the pocket WIFI, otherwise, the eligible cardholder should settle the rental fee. For any enquiry and details, please call CrazyEgg s hotline or refer to the terms and conditions of confirmation letter. The coupon code letter will not be re-issued if it is lost. 20. The redemption details are subject to the terms and conditions of the attached coupon code terms with the confirmation letter and the terms and conditions of the designated service provider. If the eligible cardholder is not qualified to redeem the Overseas WIFI Internet Service or commit any fraud (Subject to the Bank s decision), the Bank reserves the right to charge the related fee based on the value.
