Bank of Communications Credit Card Cash Instalment Program ( Instalment Program ) is applicable to Bank of Communications Credit Cards issued by Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited ( the Bank ) in Hong Kong and the Bank designated principal cardholder in Hong Kong ( Cardholder ), excluding the PC Internet Card, supplementary card and Gift Card cardholder. 2. The Promotion Period is from 29 January 2018 to 31 August 2018 ("the Promotion Period") (Based on the application date). 3. Monthly handling fee and Annualized percentage rates (APR) are applicable to cardholders who successfully apply for Instalment Program in the Promotion Period, details as below. Withdrawal Amount Below HK$30,000 HK$30,000 - HK$49,999 HK$50,000 or above Monthly handling fee 0.35% 0.24% 0.18% The APR is calculated based on withdrawal amount of HK$3,000, HK$30,000 and HK$50,000 respectively which includes handling fee. The APR is calculated according to the guidelines set out in the Code of Banking Practice and will be rounded up to nearest two decimal places. Remarks: The monthly installment will be an integral, all the decimal places will be counted in the final installment. 4. The Bank reserves the right to terminate the above offers or to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final. 5. No person other than the Cardholders and the Bank will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any term under these Terms and Conditions. 6. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. This KFS provides you with indicative information about interest, fees and charges of this product but please refer to our offer letter for the final terms of your instalment loan. Monthly handling fee will be charged. For a loan amount of HK$100,000, with monthly handling fee of 0.18% of loan amount, the fee in APR is as follows: Loan Tenor 6-month 12-month 24-month APR Monthly handling fee will be charged for each instalment. If cardholder chooses to repay prematurely, the balance of the outstanding instalment loan amount and one month handling fee shall be due immediately. In addition, HK$600 early repayment fee will be charged.
