3 Terms and Conditions for Bank of Communications Credit Card Double Fun Travel Service Package Promotion: 1. The renewal Double Fun Travel Service Package Promotion ( Double Fun Travel Service Package ): It is applicable to the Principal Cardholders and Supplementary Cardholders ( The Cardholders ) of CUP Dual Currency Diamond Card or VISA Platinum Card (Except FWD CUP Dual Currency Diamond Card and FWD VISA Platinum Card) issued by Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited ( the Bank ) in Hong Kong and the registered Cardholders must be aged from 18 to 70 during the insured period and holding the Hong Kong Identity Card. It is not applicable to the Pacific Internet card and gift card. To successfully register the program, the eligible Supplementary Cardholders must register with the Principal Cardholder on the same day. 2. Registration of Double Fun Travel Service Package : To entitled to the program, the Cardholders are required to successfully register the Double Fun Travel Service Package via calling or by online and get the quota on or before 28 August 2017( the registration Period ). Each eligible cardholder is entitled to one registration quota and qualification only. The registration quota is 4,000 and is limited available. If customers register repeatedly, only their first successful registration is valid. You are considered in agreement with the program terms and conditions once proceeded with the registration. No cancellation/ change once complete the registration. 3. Confirmation of entitling Double Fun Travel Service Package: The Eligible Cardholders of the Double Fun Travel Service Package will receive the confirmation letter and related documents (including: the coverage plan and policy of Annual Unlimited Travel Insurance, the Discount code redemption letter and User Guides of Overseas WIFI Internet Service ) within 3 weeks upon successful registration. The Cardholders cannot receive the above documents within 6 weeks, he/she is required to contact Customer Hotline for further enquiry, and otherwise, those documents will not be re-issued after a period of time. The cardholders who are not eligible for Double Fun Travel Service Package will receive the notice within 3 weeks upon successful telephone registration. 4. Effective period of Double Fun Travel Service Package : Double Fun Travel Service Package contains Annual Unlimited Travel Insurance and Overseas WIFI Internet Service. Annual Unlimited Travel Insurance will be valid since confirmation letter issued and will be effective for 1 year. Major trip spending or expenses incurred before each trip by eligible cardholder including but not limited to air &/ or cruise &/ or railway ticket, tour subscription fee, hotel accommodation (one night at minimal) (either one) must be paid or settled by the registered credit card for coverage of the insurance. The insurance plan is subject to the terms and conditions of related policy and the terms and conditions, the cardholder should contact China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd for enquiry. 5. Spending requirement of Double Fun Travel Service Package : Starting with next month from receiving the confirmation letter and within 12 months, cardholders who either (1) successfully accumulate an amount of eligible spending of more than or equal to HK$ 20,000 during the spending period or (2) successfully accumulate an amount of eligible spending of more than or equal to HK$ 1,200 every month during the spending period, can join Double Fun Travel Service

4 Package for free. Eligible spending transactions must be posted before the spending requirement is calculated by the Bank, otherwise other unposted transactions (including but not limit to dispute transactions, reversal transactions or delay posted by merchants) before the spending period is not applicable for this program/ and regarded as non-eligible spending transaction. 6. If the registered cardholders fail to meet the above transaction requirements, no matter the Annual Unlimited Travel Service Insurance is used or claimed nor the Discount code redemption letter of the overseas WIFI is used, the Bank reserves the right to deduct the fee (HK$1,000 per each eligible cardholder) from the Principal card account within 6 weeks after the designated spending period or upon the cancellation of the card (whichever is earlier) without prior notice. The designated credit card must be valid and in good credit status during the travel insurance period. If the designated card is cancelled during the travel insurance period, the insured coverage of Annual Unlimited Travel Insurance will be terminated immediately without prior notice. 7. Eligible transactions : The eligible transactions which are made by successfully registered and confirmed eligible credit card cardholder includes (1) Local retail transaction, (2) Foreign retail transaction (non HK$), (3) Online retail transaction and (4) purchases made by post/fax/phone, excluding local/overseas cash advance, reloading of Octopus add value service, monthly payment for instalment plans, monthly instalment to merchants, MPF/SVC contribution, balance transfer amount, all online bill payment via webpage of the Bank, purchase of casino chips, tax payment, purchase of traveller's cheques, payment of all credit card charges (e.g. annual fees, finance charges, etc.), insurance fee, handling fees for other redemption promotions and the transactions in Mainland China by using CUP Dual Currency Credit Card, including transactions of Mainland property, vehicle, aircraft ticket, fuel, wholesale, supermarket spending, hospital fee, academic fee and any credit card transactions designated by the Bank from time to time. Any fraud and abuse, false trading and other unauthorized, cancelled, refunded or unposted transactions is not applicable for this program. For the eligible transaction made by CUP Dual Currency Credit Card in Mainland China, every RMB 1 of spending will be calculated as HK$1. 8. The eligible spending amount of a Supplementary Card will be not combined with the Principal Credit Card account. Eligible Supplementary Card cardholder can also entitled to the Program by registering with eligible Principal Card cardholder in the same the day and fulfill the spending requirement, however, the eligible spending amount of Principal Card account will not be combined with that Supplementary Card account as a eligible spending. 9. For Cardholder who has more than one Credit Card, transactions of different Principal Card Accounts under the same credit card cardholder cannot be transferred or combined into the eligible spending for the Rewards of the Program. 10. The Bank will verify the Credit Card transaction record to confirm Credit Card accounts' eligibility for the Program and the entitlement of the Rewards through our system. In case of discrepancy between the Bank's record and details recorded on the Credit Card sales slip, the Bank's record shall prevail. Cardholders are required to keep the relevant original sales receipts and Credit Card sales

5 slips for inspection upon request by the Bank. China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd. and the Bank reserve the rights to verify the credit card transaction records and the claim information during the claim process. 11. In case of disputes, Cardholders are required to submit the relevant original sale receipt(s) and Credit Card sales slip(s) for further investigation by the Bank. All relevant documents submitted will not be returned. 12. Terms and conditions for Annual Unlimited Travel Insurance : a. Annual Unlimited Travel Insurance ( Travel Insurance ) The period of insurance is valid from confirmation letter issued and will be effective for 1 year (The date of departure and arrival shall be within the period of insurance) and it is subject to the date listed on the confirmation letter( Insured Period ). The Cardholders will be entitled to unlimited travel insurance protection during the policy year. Any labour work or construction work taken in the trips is not included in the coverage. b. Annual Unlimited Travel Insurance will be valid since (i) Successful registration and confirmation letter issued, (ii) Major trip spending or expenses must be incurred before each trip by registered credit card including but not limited to air &/ or cruise &/ or railway ticket, tour subscription fee, hotel accommodation (one night at minimal) (either one) must be paid or settled by the registered credit card for coverage of the insurance. In case of claim, Cardholders are required to submit the travel insurance claim form, the relevant sale receipt(s),credit Card sales slip(s) and other required documents listed on the claim form to China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd. for further investigation. If the claim candidate cannot provide the completed document to China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd. China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd reserves the right to decline the application. In the event of any dispute, China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd s decision shall be final and conclusive. For the claim issue, please contact China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd for any enquiry. The designated credit card must be valid and in good credit status cancelled during the travel insurance period. If the cardholder cancels the designed credit card, the insurance plan would be invalid immediately without prior notice. The insurance plan is subject to the terms and conditions of related policy and the terms and conditions, the cardholder should contact China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd for enquiry. c. The travel insurance is underwritten by China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd. which is authorized by Hong Kong Insurance Authority to provide general insurance business. Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited is an authorized agent of China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd. to distribute general insurance products in Hong Kong. The Travel Insurance is the product of China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd., but not Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited. In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however any dispute over the terms and conditions of the policy terms of the travel insurance should be resolved between China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd. and the eligible cardholder

6 directly. The Travel Insurance is subject to the terms and conditions of related insurance policy. For the details of insured items and coverage, terms and conditions and excluded items (if applicable), please refer to the coverage plan and policy s terms and conditions stated on the Banks website or the confirmation letter. d. The name, contact number, credit card number, the first 4 digits of Hong Kong Identity Card (including the alphabet) and the telephone reference number of each registered Cardholders will be recorded and transferred to China BOCOM Insurance Co., Ltd. for the identity verification of cardholders and internal verification during the Promotion. The collection of data is necessary. The Cardholders who do not accept the arrangement will be deemed to voluntarily waive the Double Fun Travel Service Package Promotion. For any enquiry, data changes, or any requests on the information regarding policies and practices and kinds of data held, the Cardholders should submit the requests to the Bank in writing and send it by fax at or to The Data Protection Officer, Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited, 20 Pedder Street, Central, Hong Kong by post. 13. Terms and Conditions for Overseas WIFI Internet Service a. Cardholders can redeem Overseas WIFI Internet Service at the designated website ( by using the discount code redemption letter attached with the confirmation letter. (Valued at HK$200) (Select your own combination of preferred destination, number of dates and data) If the price of the selected combination exceeds HK$200, the Cardholder is required to settle the outstanding fee with the designated Card. b. The effective date of the discount code is printed on the discount code redemption letter. To redeem overseas WIFI internet service, the cardholder shall follow the instruction of WiFiBB website and enter the discount code and the first 6 digits of registered credit card number and pick up the pocket WIFI (WiFiBB), accessories and guidebook in the airport s branch of WiFiBB within the designated period. c. When the Cardholders redeem the service, the Cardholder is considered as agree to pay the deposit fee of pocket WIFI and accessory by the Bank of Communications credit card. The deposit will be credit back to the designated credit card after the Cardholders return it at WiFiBB branch. Cardholder should redeem the service at least 7 working days before departure. Cardholder is required to present the designated card and the confirmation sent by WiFiBB when picking up the WiFiBB, otherwise, cardholder should settle the outstanding fee. For any enquiry, please call the WiFiBB s customer hotline or refer to the terms and conditions of discount code redemption letter attached with the confirmation letter. The redemption letter will not be re-issued if it is lost. d. The information of redemption is subject to the terms and conditions of discount code redemption letter attached with the confirmation letter and terms and conditions of WiFiBB. For details, please contact WiFiBB. e. If the Cardholders are not qualified to redeem the gift (Subject to the Bank s decision), make duplicate redemption or commit any fraud and abuse, false trading and other unauthorized, cancelled,

7 refunded or unposted transactions, the Bank reserves the right to debit the related fees from the credit card account. General Terms and Conditions of Double Fun Travel Service Package : 14. All promotions are subject to the relevant Terms & Conditions. For details of Terms & Conditions, please refer to the Bank s website/ designated service provider s website or relevant promotion leaflet. 15. The eligible cardholder understands and accepts that all photos, details, availability and descriptions of all products/services are provided by the designated service provider and are for reference only. The Bank has no responsibility whatsoever. All liabilities in relation to such products and/or services (including but not limited to the quality and supply) are solely borne by the designated service provider. 16. The Bank and the designated service provider reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions, to change or terminate the promotions at any time without prior notice. The Bank accepts no liability for any matters relating to changes or termination of the promotions. 17.In case of any disputes, the Bank's and the designated service provider s decisions shall be final and conclusive. 18. No person other than the Cardholders and the Bank will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or to enjoy the benefit of any terms under these terms and conditions. 19. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. To borrow or not to borrow? Borrow only if you can repay!
