2 THE FIRM Dafi Munir & Partners, known as DMP, is a partnership of experienced legal counsels in Indonesia. 4 LITIGATION Our firm actively involves in wide range issues of litigation including assisting clients on bankruptcy, intellectual property disputes, tax disputes, labor disputes, contract disputes, sale and purchase disputes, class-action cases and citizen lawsuit cases. We have represented clients before the police pre-investigations and investigations, the Courts of Justice (Peradilan Umum) whether in private law or criminal law, Administrative Courts (Peradilan Administrasi Negara), Commercial Courts (Pengadilan Niaga), as well as out of court settlement of disputes, such as arbitration, mediations, and other settlement of disputes institution whether in Indonesia or overseas.

5 NON-LITIGATION 1. Business and Corporate Matters; DMP provides, facilitates and covers the clients interest in the business and corporate law area. We have long experience in these following areas of practice: a. Joint Ventures Company and Foreign Investment; actively involved as foreign investors legal advisor in conducting business in Indonesia. Establishing Foreign Investment Companies, Joint Venture Companies in various are of business, namely manufacture, agrobusiness and industries, insurances, and telecommunications. b. Infrastructure, Environmental and Natural Resources Development; assist and represent client in infrastructure, environmental and natural resources development. c. Construction Services; the Firm is familiar with transaction in construction services area, including civil, mechanical and electrical construction and installation. The firm provide services in contract drafting, and assisting and representing client in the settlement of dispute, both outside or at the court; d. International Trade and Services; the Firm is expert in documentation drafting in regard to transactional documents, such as distributorship, agency, and franchise. These particular legal services are fully integrated with other legal aspect, such as taxation, antimonopoly and unfair trade practice, anti dumping, safeguard etc. e. Taxation; the Firm is capable to assist and represent the client, dealing with taxation problem, such as to stimulate taxation scenario, and settlement of tax dispute; f. Merger, Acquisition and Consolidations.

6 NON-LITIGATION 2. Intellectual Property; we provide a wide range of services, including but not limited to local and international patent, trade mark, and copyright application lodging, settlement of dispute and any other necessary legal action in order to maintain and exercise the client right; 3. Industrial Relationship Law; Years of experience in the industrial relationship law has led our lawyers with capabilities to keep up with the recent development of the laws and regulations, and has flexibilities to assisting in drafting any legal document i.e. Collective Labor Agreement, Company Regulation, Labor Contract, representing the Client to negotiate and attend mediation and settlement of disputes, appear before the Industrial Relation Court. 4. E-Commerce and Information Technology Law; We provide advices and assistant on e-commerce and information technology law matters, including dispute strategies and data privacy issues.

7 ACHMAD KHADAFI MUNIR, SH, MH PARTNER Achmad Khadafi Munir, Dafi, is the Managing Partner of DMP. Dafi is a distinguished lawyer who has successfully managed various litigation matters in the area of banking and finance, and criminal law. Before establishing DMP, Dafi practiced in Soebagjo, Jatim and Djarot, Bastaman & Partners (as a Senior Lawyer) and Temmy Taher & Partners (as a Partner). Dafi is admitted to practice in Indonesian courts. 8 Y.R. BIKA WICAKSONO, S.H., LL.M. PARTNER Bika is an experienced corporate and transaction lawyer. He has assisted various clients which are focusing on general business and commercial matters in the practice areas of corporate, also involved in investment field, representing both major multinational and domestic corporate. He also has significant litigation experience. EDUCATION Formal : - Master of Law (Digital Economy Law), Monash University, Melbourne, Bachelor of Law, Trisakti University, 2003 Before joining DMP, Bika practiced in Makes & Partners and Kailimang & Ponto. Bika also spent substantial years as the Legal Manager of PT Cakrawala Sejahtera Sejati which has led him to obtain the ability to see legal matters from clients' perspective and identify clients' needs.

9 M. HILLMAN MEHAGA SEMBIRING, S.H. PARTNER Hillman Sembiring is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer. During his practice, he has assisted and represented sophisticated international and domestic clients with complex litigations cases including multibillion-dollars class action cases, a high profile citizen law suit, financial derivate cases, arbitrations and import-export disputes. He has advised and represented clients with sensitive litigation issues such as food safety and illegal loggings. He has the skill to conduct internal investigation on clients' companies, especially on corruption and bribery issues including to review clients' compliance policies on anti-corruption and antibribery. This is a rare skill for Indonesian litigators. Before joining DMP, Hillman Sembiring practiced in Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners where he worked closely with clients. He also spent significant years at another law firm, Kailimang & Ponto.

10 DEDEN KURNIAWAN, S.H., M.H., M.E. PARTNER Deden is an experienced Tax Law practitioner. Before joining Dafi Munir and Partners, he worked at Ministry of Finance in Directorate General of Tax, Arthur Andersen Prasetio Utomo - Tax, Legal and Business Advisory, Soebagjo, Roosdiono, Jatim and Djarot. EDUCATION Formal : - Master Degree in Public Finance, University of Indonesia, Master of Law (Economic), University of Indonesia, Bachelor of Law, University of Indonesia, 1999 Currently, he is teaching at Indonesian Institute of Accountants for undergraduate and graduate level of students on Tax Law and KUP of Brevet A and B, and Doctorate Student of Institut Pertanian Bogor, majoring Finance and Investment.
