5 04 HISTORY : we began in 2009 as two founders and by following our philosophy, values, and principals, we succeeded in positioning our Firm as one of the promising and growing law firms in Egypt and in the Middle East was a very critical year because of the eruption of the Egyptian Revolution as well as the internal and external challenges. But despite of all these, we took good decisions, accurately chose our clients and enhanced our performance, we were able to overcome the crises of 2011 as well as increasing the number of cases which in turn increased our experience and the number of our staff.

Driven by our responsibility towards the society, AM Law Firm took the lead to participate in the UN Global Compact Program (UNGC) to enforce the principals of human rights, labor, anticorruption and environment. Due to our effective participation, we have become the legal advisors of the UNGC Program. Since we were founded with set specific goals ahead of us and those goals included ways to support our society, accordingly, we started our Probono System by dedicating free monthly hours for social service.

We offer our clients a full range of corporate and business legal services, including advice (strategic and legal), pre-contract negotiation, drafting, advising on documents for establishing companies, subsidiaries and to give corporate advice on day to day matters, organizing and attending Board and Shareholders meetings and drafting and certifying minutes of meetings, and obtaining official authorizations and licenses. Oil and Gas: We take pride in providing legal services in the oil and gas sector in Egypt. We serve large oil and gas companies, including foreign investors. Our experienced attorneys in the oil and gas field carry out proceedings that cover drafting and negotiating gas-related agreements, gas sale agreements, licensing operations are highly informed with the EGPC regulations and limitations. He specializes in general corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, private equities, concessions, and oil and gas businesses. As the Managing Partner of AM Law Firm, Dr. Abdallah has represented several major local and international firms in different types of lawsuits. He has provided legal advise based on his experience, vision, and education to multiple Egyptian and foreign clients. Ayman Abdallah, PhD Founder & Managing Partner Upon admittance to the Egyptian Bar Association in 2000, Dr. Abdallah took a particular interest in human rights, legal profession as a social responsibility, and International anti-corruption initiatives. Dr. Abdallah is a member of the International Union of Lawyers (UIA), UN Global Compact, Arab Lawyers Union (ALU). Dr. Abdallah s extensive education in law assists him in the cases he undertakes. He is a holder of a PhD degree from the University of South California. He studied Islamic Law and Private Law at Ain Shams University, and earned a degree in Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Graduate of Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University.Speaks both Arabic and English. Abdullah Mohammed Gomaa Co-partner and senior consultant Postgraduate studies in legal field in addition to three undergraduate academic degrees from prominent Egyptian universities. He worked as consultant and head of litigation and arbitration department in the Firm, and has contributed significantly to obtaining judgments in favor of our clients. Through his legal efforts and experience, he also contributed to enabling Firm to obtain advanced position among law firms in Egypt. His attendance and pleadings before courts and arbitration centers (in judicial and arbitration cases) had great impact towards relief of our clients. Fields of Specialization: Civil, commercial, administrative, personal cases for foreigners as well as drafting international contracts and significant contracting agreements. He has worked also as consultant for many financial and investment entities and has supervised and followed all lawsuits regarding their investments whether inside the country or abroad.
