As the Litigation division, contrary to our name, our primary aim is to avoid litigation whenever possible. If litigation is inevitable, we excel at that too. We are recognized litigation and arbitration leaders in our market. We have been repeatedly named the UAE Dispute Resolution Law Firm of the Year. Our firm celebrates and values the external recognition we have received through these awards and accolades. The Litigation Team is headed by Senior Partner and Founder of The Legal Group, Mr Saif Al Shamsi. He has over 25 years of experience in practicing in the UAE. Our IP office consists of an extensively experienced team of lawyers, IP professionals, commercial consultants, paralegals and market researchers, who are present on the ground in each of the countries we operate. TLG s intellectual property practice consists of a highly driven and experienced legal team that has been practicing in the region for over fourteen years. Our clients include American, European, Japanese, Italian, and Korean brand owners just to mention a few. We cover various industries not limited to, but including automobile, electronics, printing consumables, fashion industry and power tools just to name a few.
