2 About Us PT Amalgamated Tricor evolved from the 2002 reorganization of a prominent Indonesian accounting firm established in 1957, which spun off its accounting, payroll, secretarial and establishment services. A broad range of tax and advisory services was added in We provide efficient, effective out-sourcing and professional advisory services to a large group of Indonesian entities, both large and small. Many of our current employees were previously with the prominent accounting firm, including our President Director, Istama Siddharta. 7 Sukiman Muljana, Director, Business and Corporate Services Bachelors Degree in Accounting, University of Trisakti, Jakarta Master of Business Administration, Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia Registered and Certified Accountant Sukiman has extensive experience in auditing, accounting, payroll, taxation and corporate areas. He was a consultant and external auditor for seven years with KPMG Indonesia, an internal auditor in one of the largest conglomerate companies in Indonesia and finance manager in a multinational company. Sukiman specializes in manufacturing, financial services, trading, construction, mining and consumer markets. He has also been an University lecturer for more than 10 years He joined Amalgamated Tricor in Grace Gosal, Director, Tax Services Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung. Grace has specialized in both corporate and individual taxation since She provides tax consulting and compliance services to multinational and domestic companies in many industry sectors, including manufacturing, trading and services. The business he established in Indonesia is now a major part of a large company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. His broad background, experience and expertise provides our clients with extensive value added business consulting. 9 Utako Sato Consultant Graduate of Ohara College of Bookkeeping & Public Servant, Miyazaki Campus Sato-san spent 4 years working for the Japan-Indonesia Association for Economic Cooperation in Japan and Indonesia; in its Jakarta Office she was a Manager (account executive). She then spent 5 years working for a Japanese-owned manufacturing company, reporting to the President Director and Finance Director. Her responsibilities included the translation and interpretation of a wide variety of reports and documents. Chiaki Hara Consultant Bachelor of Business, Kansei Gakuin University, Hyogo, Japan Master of Social and Family Economy, Japan s Women s University, Tokyo Master of Professional Accounting, King s Own Institute, Sydney Hara-san worked for a law firm and accounting firm in Australia before coming to Indonesia to provide consulting services to Japanese companies.
