Definitions 1. In these regulations, "the Act" means the Allied Health Services Professions Act, 1993 (Act No. 20 of 1993) and, unless the context otherwise indicates, an expression defined in that Act, has a corresponding meaning; and "Board" means the Joint Allied Health Professions Board established by Government Notice No. 200 of 1 October Fee payable for registration 2. The conditions, subject to which the application for permission to establish the township concerned has been granted, are set forth in the Schedule below in terms of the said section 13. G.K.H. 6 ' I 6 Government Gazette 1 November 2002 No.2845 (c) (d) The erf shall be subject to the reservation for the Local Authority Council of Katima Mulilo of a right of access to, and use without compensation of, an area three meters parallel with any boundary of the erf, for the construction and maintenance of municipal services in respect of water, sewerage, drainage, electricity or gas, including the right to place on such erf temporarily any material that may be excavated during such operation on the erf or any adjacent erf. lfthe erf has more than one street frontage, access to the erf shall be obtained from the street determined by the Local Authority Council of Katima Mulilo. No offensive trade whatsoever shall be established or conducted on the erf. For the purpose of this paragraph, "offensive trade" means any of the business, trades, works or institutions mentioned in regulation l of the regulations promulgated under Government Notice No. 141 of (e) No cattle, pigs, goats, sheep, monkeys, beasts of prey or draught animals shall be kept or allowed on the erf.". (2) The following conditions must, in addition to those referred to in paragraph 4(1 ), be registered in favour of the Local Authority Council ofkatima Mulilo against the title deeds of erven 2619 to 2814 and " The erfmay only be used for residential purposes. The building value of the main building, including the outbuilding to be erected on the erf, must be at least four times the valuation of the erf.". (3) The following conditions must, in addition to those referred to in paragraph 4( 1 ), be registered in favour of the Local Authority Council ofkatima Mulilo against the title deed of erf " The erf may only be used for religious and institutional purposes incidental thereto. The building value of the main building, including any outbuilding to be erected on the erf, must be at least two times the valuation of the erf.".
