Jurisdictions now have until December 2 (Wednesday) to verify or amend their tax rate data for the 4Q15 matrix. Currently one new tax rate has been reported to IFTA, Inc. To view current tax rate changes please visit: REMINDER!! Please keep your Contacts updated in your IFTA, Inc. profile on to prevent s being returned with a delivery failure notice. THE IFTA, INC. Online registration is available through IRP, Inc. You can access the IRP, Inc. website by clicking on the link to the workshop registration on the IFTA, Inc. website. If you are a committee member, please ensure that your hotel accommodations have been reserved and that you forward the Travel Approval Form to IFTA, Inc prior to submitting your airfare. Early bird registration closed on September 4 th, but you may still register to attend this unique workshop. The IFTA Attorneys Meeting registration packet is posted to the IFTA, Inc. website and registrations are still being accepted. Hotel reservations closed on September 8. However, if you know that you will be attending this special meeting, you are urged to contact the host hotel, the Holiday Inn Riverwalk in San Antonio, TX as soon as possible. Page 1

The IRP and IFTA Audit Committees are continuing to build upon this workshop agenda to provide an excellent training forum for all. 3 This year s Annual IFTA Business Meeting was a definite success! IFTA, Inc. and the IFTA, Inc. Board of Trustees would like to thank everyone that attended for their participation. There was a lot of discussion held regarding many timely issues and concerns facing both membership and industry alike. The meeting materials that were presented during the business meeting will be published on the IFTA, Inc. website by September 17. The pre-meeting materials are still accessible throught the What s New link on the home page and clicking on the 7/17/ ABM Meeting Materials link. All attendees were previously ed a link to the critiques. If you have not received this link by please contact Mrs. Tammy Trinker at tdtrinker@iftach.org. She can provide the link to this survey for you. The critiques link will be disabled by September 30. Attendees are encouraged to complete this brief survey by this date. As of August 31, IFTA, Inc. has received full payment of membership dues from 45 member jurisdictions. We would like to thank these members for the prompt payment of their dues. Currently, this means there are 13 jurisdictions which have yet to submit their membership dues payment. CLEARINGHOUSE UPDATE By: Jason DeGraf, Information Services Director Files for Download On the SFTP server we offer a variety of files for download. Our latest file is called iftalessdemographics.txt. In this file we have all the demographic records containing taxpayer id, jurisdiction, status, status date. This file if comprised of 900K carriers. We also have various other files, like the full demographic database in zip format, a file listing all revoked carriers or active or cancelled a file that just contains the taxpayer id and status, and many more. If you would like to get this files please visit the demographics web page to manually download them, or uses the SFTP server to automatically retrieve these files on a daily basis.
