7 PARTNERS Marcos Schroeder is a former partner of Wald Advogados and Demarest Advogados, and also worked as an International Associate at the firm Debevoisa & Plimpton LLP, in New York. He has 18 years experience in Structured Finance, M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets, in addiion to a solid academic background and significant expertise in domestic and international transactions. Rodrigo Valverde is a lawyer with more than 13 years experience in the industry. He worked at Mattos Filho, Souza Cescon and at Submarino S.A. He was a guest lecturer at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, lecturer at Instituto HSM, served on the board of directors of Master Park (investee company of Pátria Investimentos) and has a solid academic and professional background. João Fernando Nascimento worked for 15 years in the banking area of Pinheiro Neto Advogados, mainly in structured finance and banking foreign Exchange regulation. He worked as an International Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP in Miami, and obtained his LL.M. from the University of California Berkley (2016).

8 PARTNERS Graciema Almeida worked for 14 years in the corporate area of Pinheiro Neto Advogados, focusing on structured transactions (Project finance and corporate finance), renegotiation and debt restructuring, M&A, and mining. She was a visiting Associate at the German Firm Gleiss Lutz and obtained her LL.M from Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany (2010). She was recommended for her financial practice by Chambers Latin America ( ), Chambers Global ( ) and The Legal 500. Carol Rego is a specialist in indirect and corporate taxation and has extensive knowledge of accounting and finance. She has already engaged in projects involving Tax Planning, Tax Credit Recovery, Tax Compliance Review and implementation of ERP, as well as Foreign Trade transactions and Transfer Pricing Rules. Ludmilla Corkey has 17 years of experience in the O&G and Infrastructure areas. She led the legal departments of GE Energy Management and Statoil and strategic projects at BG Group, El Paso Corp and Pinheiro Neto Advogados. She works in the mergers and acquisitions, structured operations, infrastructure projects and regulations areas. She obtained the title of LL.M by the Columbia Law School in New York.

9 PARTNERS Armando Almeida is a specialist in strategic litigious practice, with more than 25 years experience in Brazilian courts, focusing on civil and corporate law, arbitration and contracts. He is also an arbitrator, and a former partner of Wald Advogados. He has a bachelor of Laws Degree from PUC-RJ and has a postgraduate degree in Economical and Corporate Law from FGV-RJ. Boriska Rocha worked for 10 years in the labor area of Machado Meyer Advogados, and in the past 6 years she was the partner responsible for the area at CFA (in cooperation with the international firm Garrigues). She is focused on assisting and termination of key employees and strategic litigation. She has obtained her LL.M from King s College London (2006) and is ranked by the legal directories Chambers Latin America, Who s Who Legal and Legal 500. Fernando Martins has 17 years of experience in the tax area, focusing on tax consulting, M&A (due diligence and tax structuring), cross border taxation and tax planning for companies and individuals. He was a partner at KPMG, where he worked for 12 years, two of them in Germany as leader of Brazilian desk. He was also a tax partner at Grant Thornton Brazil for 2 years and the head of the tax practice at WFaria Advogados for 3 years. Lawyer and certified accountant, with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV-SP.
