9 The Brazilian Practice In Brazil, Garrigues has a cooperation agreement with the independent law firm NBFA ( which enables us to meet the needs of our clients in the various different areas of Brazilian business law. Similarly, Garrigues operates directly out of Sao Paulo as a tax consultant (through Garrigues Consultores Tributários) and as a consultant on matters of foreign law.
