Subject: - Supply of Bulk Drugs & Excipients Tender due on 17th May, 2013 Dear Sirs, Company is contemplating to procure Bulk Drugs & Excipients as per enclosed list. The rates are invited from manufacturers or their authorized dealers. You are requested to please submit your lowest offer in the prescribed Proforma along-with the terms and conditions of supply. You are advised to send your quotations in double sealed cover marked with "Quotation for Bulk Drugs & Excipients due on 17/05/2013 so as to reach this office latest by 2.30 pm on 17/05/2013. Please quote that Technical Bid having information like Name of product,manufacturer(our Approved make),pack size,mfg & Expiry date, delivery period, validity etc. and the Financial Bid having information of basic rate,ed,cst/vat, F.O.R, Payment Terms,insurance etc. shall be summited in two separate sealed cover duly mark on envelop as Technical & Financial Bid respectively. Financial Bid shall be open only for those Biders who qualify the Technical Bid.The offers received up-to stipulated time and date will be opened on the same day at 3.00 p.m representatives/ Interested tenderer may witness the tender opening at their cost. The rates as well as terms & conditions once offered will be final and no revision/negotiation will be accepted after opening of the tender i.e pm on 17/05/2013. The management reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason. The following conditions must be followed strictly The rates quoted should be F.O.R. V.K.I. Area Jaipur only. THE CREDIT PERIOD 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE MATERIAL AT OUR WORKS. NO PDC WILL BE GIVEN. 3. Please quote rates in the enclosed Proforma for each item separately on your organization Letterhead only duly signed by authorized signatory. It is necessary to indicate Item No. of the enclosed list. While quoting for the respective Drug. 4. In case offer is submitted for more then one item a summary of the items quoted must be attached in the enclosed Proforma. 5. The offer/quotation should be submitted as Technical Bid and Financial Bid in double sealed cover marked with "Quotation for Bulk Drugs & Excipients due on 17/05/ The terms & conditions as enumerated in the enclosed Annexure- I shall be complied with. While submitted the offer. Offer submitted with counter conditions will not be considered. 7. Please do not quote the material of the manufacturer who has less then two years manufacturing experience of the specific drug, offer of such manufacturer will not be accepted. 8. The rates quoted should be valid for a minimum period of 7 days from the date of opening. 9. The rates quoted without complying with the above terms and conditions shall not be considered. No counter-conditions shall be acceptable. 10. In case of additional excise duty, custom duty, or any other taxes and duties are leviable it must be clearly mentioned terms of rate as well as amount, else the same will not be payable in the invoice. 11. In case the supply will be through manufacturer co-vendor who will invoice for supply and recipient of payment then it is to be declared in the quotation itself. 12. Incase of imported material the name of manufacturer, Drug Licence No. should be strictly mentioned on label as well as on invoice.
