1 DATE: 22 JUNE 2012 EXTENDED TRADING HOURS FOR STRUCTURED PRODUCTS: CONFIRMATION OF GO-LIVE DATE 25 JUNE 2012 FOR PHASE 2 OF SPECIFIC NYSE EURONEXT AMSTERDAM STRUCTURED PRODUCTS Executive Summary NYSE Euronext confirms the go-live date of 25 June 2012 for the implementation of Phase 2 of its extended trading hours for continuous trading on specific structured products listed on NYSE Euronext Amsterdam. NYSE Euronext confirms it will open phase 2 of its extended trading hours service as of 25 June in the live environment, as announced in the Info-Flash of 5 June. The extended trading hours, as detailed below, will be available on NYSE Euronext s continuous trading service for specific structured products whose market of reference is NYSE Euronext Amsterdam. SCOPE AND REFERENTIAL DATA Details of the trading groups offering extended continuous trading hours with effective date Monday 25 June 2012 in the live environment are available in a new Appendix to the Trading Manual, Appendix to Euronext Instruction 4-02 Euronext Cash Market Trading Manual, at: The full list of underlyings concerned by these changes is available in the appendix to this Info-Flash. 2 Summary of the changes in the trading groups: Existing trading group MD (NYSE Euronext Amsterdam Issuer: CITIGROUP) - A new trading group MO, with continuous trading from 08:00 CET to 18:30 CET, will contain a subset of the instruments currently traded in group MD (see appendix for details of instruments). - A new trading group MP, with continuous trading from 09:05 CET to 18:30 CET, will contain a subset of the instruments currently traded in group MD (see appendix for details of instruments). - The trading hours of group MD will remain unchanged and will contain all MD instruments not transferred into the new groups above listed. Existing trading group MC, NB (NYSE Euronext Amsterdam Issuer: COMMERZBANK) - A new trading group MQ, with continuous trading from 08:00 CET to 18:30 CET, will contain a subset of the instruments currently traded in groups MC and NB (see appendix for details of instruments). - A new trading group MR, with continuous trading from 09:05 CET to 18:30 CET, will contain a subset of the instruments currently traded in group MC and NB (see appendix for details of instruments). - The trading hours of groups MC and NB will remain unchanged and will contain respectively all MC and NB instruments not transferred into the new groups above listed.
