1 SLÁVIA CAPITAL, a.s., a securities trader with its registered office Mostová 2, Bratislava , CRN , entered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava 1, Section Sa, File No: 837/B, (hereinafter referred to as Trader ) INFORMATION ABOUT FEES RELATED TO INVESTMENT SERVICES In view of the fact that the fees of the Trader for provided services are calculated as percentage of volume, we would like to inform you that the Trader s fee includes, beside of the commission, all costs of the Trader incurred by the provision of the investment service. Some of these costs may be commissions of other securities traders, banks, custodians or other institutions. In case of the settlement of orders for the purchase or sale of domestic financial instruments (hereinafter also FI ) through Burza cenných papierov v Bratislave, a.s. (hereinafter also BCPB ) or the Multilateral Trading Facility the fee of the Trader may comprise the following costs or BCPB 0,8% of the transaction volume, min. 0,33 EUR max. 331,94 EUR Poštová banka, a.s. 3 Annex No 1 Legend 1 The volume of transaction also includes the aliquot interest revenue attributable to the financial instruments at the date of settlement 2 Centrálny depozitár cenných papierov SR, a.s. 3 The Trader need not to use PN and PPN for the realization of transaction 4 Basis for the calculation of the fee is 360/actual 5 The price comprises the fees for foundation and holding of the client account, owner account of the member and holder account of the member. Method of the calculation of the price for keeping of owner account, that the Trader has opened in CD, is enclosed in the Annex No 4 6 The prices for the submission of the note may differ. For comparison we indicate the amount of the fee for the submission of a note for collection to ČSOB: 0.25 % of the note amount, min. 49,79 EUR, max. 995,82 EUR 7 Prices for the realisation of the protest in the note may differ. For comparison we indicate the amount of the fee for the realisation of the protest through ČSOB: 66,39 EUR + actual costs 8 Method of the calculation of the price for keeping of owner account, that the Trader has opened in SCP CR, is enclosed in the Annex No 2 9 The amount of the bank fee may differ depending on the bank, through which the Trader effectuates the payment, or it may be increased by the fee for urgent payment (from 6,64 EUR up to 66,39 EUR) or in case of foreign payments by costs of the foreign banks (to be completed...) 10 The fee for ČSOB depends on the market of settlement (see the enclosed Annex No 3) fees for trades executed on stock market throught Poštová banka, a.s.: financial instruments traded on the main market in total executed amount to 1.000,- EUR = 5,- EUR; financial instruments traded on the main market in total executed amount from 1.000,- EUR to ,- EUR = 0,4% from total amount min. 5,- EUR; financial instruments traded on the main market in total executed amount from ,- EUR to ,- EUR = 0,3% from total amount min. 40,- EUR; financial instruments traded on the main market in total executed amount over ,- EUR = individually defined; financial instruments traded on the other market (except main market) in total executed amount to ,- EUR = 0,8% min. 10,- EUR; financial instruments traded on the other market (except main market) in total executed amount from ,- EUR to ,- EUR = 0,6% min. 80,- EUR; financial instruments traded on the other market (except main market) in total executed amount over ,- EUR = individually traded.

The prices do not comprise the fees for re-registration, stamp duty and others that may occur in some cases, including conversion of foreign securities. The fees other than fees for settlement or management and custody are indicated in the rules for the individual foreign securities markets. The bank reserves the right to adjust the fees in case of the USD/EUR conversion rate change by more than 10%, or the change of legal regulations affecting the fees.
