4 REMUNERATION RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTIES SFDTS may collect remunerations paid by third parties in the form of fund trailers. This remuneration corresponds to a percentage of the management commission paid by the fund through their management company. 5 2015 FEE SCHEDULE - STONEHAGE FLEMING DEALING AND TREASURY SERVICE COLLECTION & BASIS OF FEE CALCULATION ASSET CLASS FOREIGN EXCHANGE SFDTS Fee collected when trade is completed/invoiced and build into the client FX rate Basis of Percentage of interbank spot rate Client purchased GBP against USD. Interbank spot rate on the trade is Client rate achieved = SFDTS fee = 0.25%. SFDTS fee = X 0.25% = pips. These pips are added (when buying GBP and deducted when selling) to to obtain the client rate of SFDTS fee = GBP (0.25% of GBP ) On swaps only SFDTS Swap fees are applied. In the example of a GBP swap against USD for 3 months, SFDTS fee would be 0.03% or pips based on a interbank spot rate of SFDTS fee = GBP (0.03% on GBP ) On outrights, SFDTS Spot and Swap fees are applied. In the example of a GBP against USD for value 3 months, SFDTS fee would be 0.28% (0.25% %) or pips based on a interbank spot rate of SFDTS fee = GBP (0.28% on GBP ) INTEREST RATE PRODUCTS DEPOSITS SFDTS Fee calculated when deposit trade is completed/invoiced and collected at maturity of the deposit Basis of Percentage of deposit amount for the period of the deposit (annualised). Client places USD for a period of 6 months. Deposit rate achieved for the client= 0.40%. SFDTS fee = 0.225% based on an equivalent of GBP at SFDTS fee = X 0.225% for 181 days SFDTS fee = USD Client net interest rate achieved = % (0.40% %) EFFECTIVE FROM 1 OCTOBER
6 CALL (CASH MANAGEMENT) SFDTS Fee collected when interest income allocation is applied (on a monthly basis) Basis of Percentage (annualised) on a tiered basis on daily closing cash balance over a calendar month. BONDS (FIXED INCOME) SFDTS Fee collected when trade is completed/invoiced and reflected on the client contract note Basis of Percentage on a tiered basis on the value of the Bond trade (including coupon received or paid) on both purchases and sales. Client invests GBP in a UK bond with coupon interest of GBP GBP = 0.20% SFDTS fee = GBP (0.20% on GBP ) Minimum would be applied on SFDTS calculated fee. EFFECTIVE FROM 1 OCTOBER
7 CUSTODY SFDTS Fee collected on a quarterly basis (March, June, September and December) Basis of Calculated on an annualised basis on average monthly AUM (excluding cash) for a 3 month period. Collection month of March would be for the custody period for the months of December February, June for March May and so on. Client average custodied AUM of USD for custody period March, April and May to be collected/invoiced in June. First USD at 0.10% for 92 days = USD Second USD at 0.09% for 92 days = USD SFDTS fee = USD (Average of %) Minimum fee would be applied on SFDTS calculated fee. PAYMENTS SFDTS payment Fee collected and invoiced on completion of an external payment MUTUAL FUNDS (DEPOSITED WITH LODH) SFDTS Fee collected when fund trade is completed and invoiced Basis of Percentage of nominal value of the fund trade (please see onshore/offshore pricing and below NOTES). Client purchases USD in a global equity fund which is custodied at Lombard Odier (Onshore) SFDTS fee = 0.105% SFDTS fee = USD X 0.105% = USD SFDTS fee collected = USD (minimum fee applied of GBP ) Minimum would be applied on SFDTS calculated fee. SFDTS fees on switches for LODH funds will only be applied on the subscription trade. SFDTS fees on switches for Non LODH funds will be applied on both redemption and subscription trades. SFDTS NON DEPOSITED FUNDS CUSTODIED WITH SFDTS OUTSIDE OF LOMBARD ODIER Mutual Funds SFDTS Fee collected when fund trade is completed and invoiced Basis of Ticket fee plus payment fee of GBP or currency equivalent applied on subscriptions and only a ticket fee applied for redemptions.
