3 Overview You can now seize market opportunities readily wherever you go with UTRADE HK Mobile for US Markets on iphone and ipad, the trading app that enables you to trade in the US markets. UTRADE HK Mobile for US Markets on iphone and ipad is available in the itunes App Store and is compatible with ios07.1 or later. 1. Login/Logout Login The User ID and Password used is the same set used for accessing UTRADE Web and UTRADE HK Mobile. If you want to enable your online trading authority or have forgotten your Password, you can contact our Client Services Hotline by tapping on the Client Services Hotline link to seek for assistance. 3

4 Logout Simply click the logout button on the top right corner from the main menu. 4

5 2. Main Menu UTRADE HK Mobile for US Markets on iphone and ipad offers you the functionalities to survey the US markets, digest real-time market information, place and manage orders right at your fingertips on your iphone and ipad. 5

Quote (This service is only applicable to Real-time Streaming Subscribers) US Real-time Streaming subscribers will get live information of the market including Bid Price, Ask Price, Open Price, Prev. Close Price and Vol. etc. Search for Stock Quote and add to Watchlist 1) Enter Stock Code 2) Click the + button to add the stock to your Watchlist 6

7 Chart Analysis You can view the chart in landscape mode by titling your device horizontally. Chart Analysis offers a range of indicator which includes SMA, EMA, RSI etc. You can also click More Option to customize your chart. 7

8 4. Watch List (This service is only applicable to Real-time Streaming Subscribers) From Watch List, you may check the stock price of the recent added stocks. You can always edit your watchlist by pressing the edit button on the top right corner. 8

9 5. Place Order Stock Search You can find a US Stock Code or Name by using the Stock Search Engine. 9

12 Market Order 1) Choose Buy or Sell Order 2) Put in Stock Code 3) Select M-Market from Type 4) Put in Quantity 5) Select Now from Conditions 6) Press the Buy or Sell Button Important Notice Since an US market order does not specify a bid / ask price, the execution price received on a market order is unpredictable and may be significantly different from i) the price quoted at the time of order entry or ii) bid / ask spread or iii) last reported price due to (but not limited to): a) Fast Market (Stock Price is volatile) b) Trading volume in particular stock is low c) Bid / Ask Spread of particular stock is large. When placing buy market orders, the account must have a positive good fund (for cash account) or fund available (for margin account) of at least 120% of the fund required for the order. The fund required will make reference to the previous closing price of the securities. Nevertheless, please note that the executed consideration will still be possible to exceed 120% of the fund required for the order due to volatile or thin market condition. 12

14 Order Confirmation After sending out the order, Order Confirmation with trade details will pop up. Click Confirm to send out the order or click Cancel to delete the order. After confirming the order, a Confirmation Alert will pop up for your notice and click View Order to monitor the order status. 14

15 6. Order Status Order status of your US orders will be shown in details. Hong Kong and A-Shares orders will also be shown on the same page. Click on order details to view the executed quantity, ordered quantity and all the trading fees by clicking in to the order. You can also use the filter buttons on the top of the page to find your order easily by Time, Status, Buy/Sell, Queued or Executed. 15

Modifying or Cancelling Orders Modify Orders 1) Select Order Status from Main Menu 2) Click on the order 3) Select Modify Order 4) Change Order Price or Quantity 5) Confirm Update Order *Only Limit Order can be modified. For any amendment for Stop Limit Order, Market Order or Stop Order, users have to cancel it and place again. 16

18 8. Overview Portfolio You can view all the stocks on hand from different markets at a glance from the portfolio page. Buy or Sell orders can also be placed by clicking at the Quick Buy/Sell Button. (Only applicable to US stocks orders) 18

19 Cash (HKD) All your Cash Values are shown on the Cash page and converted to HKD. 19

20 9. Order History You may view your order history of the past 7 days by selecting from the date bar. 20

21 10. Index (This service is only applicable for Real-tme Streaming Subscribers) Index provides the indices of global stock market, including DJIA, DAX, CAC Paris, NIKKEI225, SSE A etc. 21

22 11. Promotion At Promotion, you may find the most updated promotion and new products launched. 22

23 12. Research You can access Thomson Reuters research reports for the US markets and stock reports covering over 60 industries for Free via the app. Daily Report Simply select the date of the daily report by pressing the down arrow. 23

24 Stock Report Choose Industry or type in the key words to search for stock reports you wish you read.
