2 How to use the Advance Alert Function Advance Alert is new function in the real-time ZNet Plus program to increase convenience and effectiveness for placing orders. You are able to define your conditions and your pre-order by yourself. When the market reaches your condition, the system will alert you to confirm in submitting your pre-order to the market. Advance Alert Function is available only for cash balance account or cash credit limit account. After you sign the additional contract and thoroughly study the manual, you will be able to access this function. Advance Alert Function you are able to click at Advance Alert menu as the picture below: Procedure before getting Advance Alert Function Simply access to ZNet Plus program and click at Advance Alert Setting, then the Disclaimer will be shown. You must thoroughly study the terms and conditions of this service from the manual, as well as to accept the terms and conditions of the Advance Alert Function before getting to access our service. Press Accept button You are able to access Advance Alert Function normally. Press Decline button You are unable to access Advance Alert Function. The Disclaimer will be shown again when the service is needed. Press Download Download Manual button To study how to use Advance Alert Function. Remark: Advance Alert Function is available on ZNet Plus via the computer only.

3 Advance Alert Function consists of 4 parts as follow: Part 1 : Portfolio Display your portfolio. Part 2 : Alert Condition To define your condition. Part 3 : Pre-Order To define your order in advance. Part 4 : Display your alert conditions and pre-orders with the status. Additional Explanations Part 1 : Portfolio This part displays your portfolio. If you have more than one trading account, you are able to view your portfolio by clicking the dropdown button. **Remark: Advance Alert Function is available for an online trading account only.

4 Part 2 : Alert Condition To define condition in the Alert system. Once the market reaches your condition, the system will alert and ask you to submit your pre-order to the market. The Alert Condition screen displays as follow: 2.1) Type: There are two types of variable condition that you can choose between Market (Index) or Stock (Securities, Warrant, DW) 2.2) Symbol: Market type: Input type of Index in the symbol box including SET, SET50, SET100, SETHD, or MAI. After that, Index will be shown up in the box on your right hand side. Stock type: Input the Stock Name, Warrant, DW in the symbol box. After that, the three best bids and best offers of stock will be shown up in the next box on your right hand side. 2.3) Criteria: To specify desired conditions. Last price <= Last price is less than or equal to a specified price. Last Price >= Last price is more than or equal to a specified price. %Change <= Last percentage change is less than or equal to a specified percentage. %Change >= Last percentage change is more than or equal to a specified percentage. Index <= Last Index is less than or equal to a specified Index. Index >= Last Index is more than or equal to a specified Index. 2.4) Value: To specify the figure such as stock price, percentage change or Index level. Remark: In case stock price, percentage change or Index level have been changed as the result of financial benefit posting, the system will not changed the stock price, percentage change or Index level that you specified in the alert condition. 2.5) Active: The status of alert conditions. ON The Alert is being enabled. OFF The Alert is being disabled. * * Remark: When the market ( Index, Stock ) reaches your alert condition, the system will alert you to confirm your pre-order. Whether you confirm orders or not, the status of the condition will be automatically changed from ON to OFF. If you still want the same alert condition, you have to switch active status to be ON.

5 2.6) Validity: The period of alert. Good For Day: The system will alert you when the market reaches your condition on the setting date. The system will stop alert automatically after the market closed and the active status will be changed to be OFF. Everyday Until: The system will alert you when the market reaches your condition since on the setting date until the end of your specified date (The maximum is 30 days). Part 3 : Pre-Order When the market reaches your setting conditions, the system will alert you to confirm your pre-orders before the orders are sent to the market. ** Remark: After your pre-orders were sent to the market, your order may or may not be executed. Action: Buy / Sell Stock : Stock symbol Qty : Stock quantity (board lot only) Price: Price (specify price or ML only) NVDR: NVDR type SAVE Button : To save your pre-order Cancel Button: To cancel your pre-order When you define alert conditions and pre-orders, please press Save button to save data. After that, the system will pop-up asking for PIN ID to save the alert conditions and pre-orders.

6 Terms and conditions of setting the pre-order 1. You are able to place pre-orders with the same conditions. However, the same typed stocks with same price can be sent not over than 3 times (not including the orders have already matched). 2. You are not able to place orders of Foreign (-F) board and securities that the Stock Exchange of Thailand counted in the listing of the free float securities. 3. Your orders must specify your desired price or ML (Market to Limit Order) only. 4. You must define your price not over than 3 spreads price. ** In case you defined condition by stock type with same stock in your pre-order, the system will check the spreads price (comparing with the value of alert condition). If a pre-order price does not follow the spreads price as the market s permission, the system will pop-up message asking you to edit your pre-order. In case you defined condition by stock type with not same as stock in your pre-order, the system will not check the spreads price. When your specified conditions were reached, the system will alert and ask you to submit your pre-order to the market. However, your orders (pre-order) will be checked the details such as quantity, buying limit, price including spreads price before sending to the market. If the terms and conditions are not correct, your orders will be rejected (R). 5. In case stock price, percentage change or Index level have been changed as the result of financial benefit posted such as XR, XD, XW, XA, XB, etc, the system will not change the stock price, percentage change or Index level that you specified in your condition. 6. In each pre-order, the value must not exceed 20 million baht, or not exceed 10 million shares. 7. In each pre-order, its stock quantity must not exceed 20% of the trading volume in the previous 30 working days. 8. You can set up alert condition and pre-order not exceed 10 records. 9. Setting a pre-order, the system will not check the quantity of stocks and buying limit in your trading account until the pre-order is alerted and confirmed by inputting your Pin ID. After that, the system will check the quantity of stocks and buying limit in your account before placing the order to the market. If your buying limit is not enough, your order will be rejected (R). 10. In case the changing of stock symbol as the Stock Exchange of Thailand announcement, Advance Alert system will stop working and active status will be OFF. Then, you have to edit or cancel the condition by yourself. ** Remarks In case Advance Alert Function has faced out any technical problems, according to the sole discretion of the company, the system will be automatically shut down. You will be contacted through or call so that you can check your order status.

7 ML (Market to Limit Order) : - A market-to-limit order is submitted as a market order for executed at the best market price only. - Unmatched quantity (if any) will be converted to a limit order at price equal to the last executed price. - Market-to-limit order is allowed during opening session only. For example: To place an order by Market to limit order (ML) You specified the alert condition via Advance Alert Function and pre-order to buy 100,000 shares of RS stock which specify ML price. When the market reaches your condition that you set, you have to confirm your pre-order by filling PIN ID. From the above details, the system will place orders as following; Side Stock Volume Price Status Matched Vol. Unmatched Vol. BUY RS 100,000 ML O 89,300 10,700 Explanations After adding your PIN ID, your order, to buy RS 100,000 shares at ML price, will be submitted to the market. Refer to table above, RS will be matched immediately 89,300 shares at baht. The remaining 10,700 shares will be in the queue at baht until the market closes at the end of the day.

8 Part 4 : Display your alert conditions and pre-orders with the status This part displays the alert condition details and Pre-order / Order lists as the picture below: Status : To check the status of the specified condition - Waiting : The movement of the market has not reached your condition and your pre-order is still pending and has not been submitted to the market yet. - Cancelled : The movement of the market reached your condition but you cancelled the alert condition and the pre-order. - Submitted : The movement of the market reached your condition and the pre-order is already submitted to the market. However, you can check your orders status at the Order Entry tap or the Order Function in ZNet Plus program. - Pending : To temporarily stop the alert condition system, the Active column is shown OFF. If you want the alert runs normally, you have to change the active to ON and the status will be changed to Waiting immediately. Select All button - To select all checkboxes lists. Unselect All button - To unselect all checkboxes. Edit button - To edit the alert condition or pre-order details, simply select at the checkbox and click Edit. Delete button - To delete the alert condition and pre-order details, simply select at the checkbox and click Delete. ViewLog button - To view the historical setting or editing of alert system. Simply select the alert list that you want to view, mark at the checkbox and click ViewLog.

9 Type of Alert Condition When the market reaches your specified conditions, the system will show the Alert window asking you to submit your specified pre-orders. Simply input the PIN ID and click Submit to place orders to the market. After submitting orders, you are recommended to check the order status at the Order Entry tap, or the Order Function in the ZNet Plus program. The definitions of symbols shown in the Status column are as followed. M (Matched) = The order has already been executed. Please check that your order is executed all or partial at Match Vol. O (Open) = The order is sent to the Stock Exchange of Thailand and it is in the queue for execution. PO (Pending Order) = The order is pending on the system and not yet submitted to the market. PX (Pending Cancel) = The order is pending for cancellation on the system. X (Cancelled) = The order is completely cancelled. R (Rejected) = The order is rejected by the system. Please recheck your order or double click at status R, the system will show the reason why your order was rejected. Advance Alert Function will run when you open the real time ZNet Plus program.

10 Remark: In case the real time ZNet Plus program is in the connection with pull mode or internet delay connectivity, the execution of Advance Alert Function may be incompleted i.e. delay alert notification.
