All Anton Paar instruments come with a standard one-year warranty. The Extended Instrument Care program provides two additional years of warranty coverage, providing a total of three years of warranty. For all instruments classified by Anton Paar as maintenance needed the Extended Instrument Care program includes two annual preventive maintenance visits during the extended warranty period. Pharma Qualification Packages (PQP) PQP Covers the instrument-specific qualification procedure according to the USP <1058> 4Q model and also includes: Risk Analysis 21 CFR Part 11 checklists, Deviation List, Traceability Matrix, SOP PQP-S (Smart) For customers who must follow GAMP 5 and GMP but do not have to be 21 CFR Part 11-compliant.
