4 Annual Membership Fees ( season) We have worked hard to keep the costs of running our club as low as possible. As a result we are pleased that there will be no increase in the annual membership fees for the season. We have reviewed the costs of other nearby football clubs and believe these subscriptions continue to offer good value for money, particularly given our commitment to ensure yearround training utilising artificial pitches in winter. To assist parents with their financial planning, we are happy to receive the fees either in one lump sum or in monthly instalments across the season. There is no extra charge for paying in monthly instalments. The annual membership fees per player are as follows: Age group Under 13 to Under 8 Under 7 to Under 6 Subscription Fees 140 (or 10 instalments of 14 per month) 100 (or 10 instalments of 10 per month) For those children in the Under-5 year group, there will be no annual membership fee. Instead, a fee of 3 per child per training session should be paid direct to the coach on the day each child attends training. Any player who joins the club part-way through a season shall pay pro-rated subs accordingly. Any player who only attends training, i.e. does not wish to play in any matches, will pay 50% of the above fees as recognition that they will not receive playing kit, nor will they be registered with the league. Paying the Annual Membership Fees The club incurs costs relating to league membership, referee fees, training venue and pitch hire as soon as the season commences therefore please arrange payment of the fees by one of the following methods as soon as possible.
