It meets the needs of your multi generational workforce by allowing your employees to change their level of cover at different life events (such as marriage or the birth of a child) as well as during the yearly flex window. 4 How it works The plan works in 4 easy steps: 1 Employees attend their appointment and keep hold of their receipt 2 Complete their claim online We ll process 3 4 the claim We pay the money back into your employees bank accounts, usually within a few days Let us do the work for you The Everyday Health Plan is easy to set up and manage. All you need to do is tell us which of your employees has selected the benefit and we ll do the rest. At each flex window your employees will have the opportunity to engage with our knowledgeable specialists at their place of work at a time that is convenient to them and your business. Some key overall benefits include: Up to four children under the age of 18 are covered for free Pre-existing conditions covered No GP referrals needed No qualifying periods for the majority of benefits Your table of cover - all benefits are 100% payback Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Amount that can be claimed back each year Healthy mind helping you to address stress and mental health concerns Face to face counselling Helpline service, including telephone counselling Up to 6 sessions 24 hours a day Healthy body - helping you to address musculoskeletal conditions and back pain Seeing a Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Chiropractor, Acupuncturist or Homeopath Seeing a Chiropodist, Podiatrist or Refl exologist Discounted gym membership ü ü ü Healthy checks - helping you with early diagnosis for potential problems Speak to a GP Private prescription delivery to your home or place of work, when prescribed using Speak to a GP Finding out what s wrong appointments with a consultant, plus tests and scans A health assessment that includes: BMI and body fat percentage blood pressure reading cholesterol or diabetes check kidney or liver function test 24 hours a day ü ü ü NHS prescription charges 1 item 2 items 3 items Healthy eyes and teeth - helping you to meet your duty of care needs Sight tests, glasses and contact lenses Everyday dental treatment hygienist s fees, fi llings and more Dental treatment as a result of an accident Healthy extras - helping you to show your employees you care Cash amount for each day or night to help towards everyday expenses if you need to stay in hospital (up to 20 days/nights) Single cash amount if you have a baby or adopt a child (6 month qualifying period) Services accessible via our mywellbeing platform. Additional services are also available. European cover - Unless otherwise stated you will receive these benefi ts for stays up to and including 28 days, wherever you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland. The joining age is from 18 years old up to 69. If anyone on the policy is aged 70 or over they will not be able to increase the level of cover. FLXB-COMPPD-1215

This product can be offered with two payment options: Company paid the company pays the premium Salary exchange (also known as salary sacrifice) your employees can use the benefit in exchange for an amount of their salary Flexing up or down Your employees can flex their plan up or down and add their partner and children during the flex window, or at a life event such as marriage or the birth of a child.
