3 Registration If you do not have an account to use EDI, write your fiscal number at line User and click at link: Register

10 Tax declaration in wages and pensions Step 1. Press the first tab named Tax Declaration and click on the button declaration of wages and pensions.

12 Tax declaration on wages and pensions Then fulfill the same document by respecting following directives: Name Surname The employee s individual number Gross salary per month The employee s pension contribution The employer s pension contribution The employee s supplementary contribution The employer s supplementary contribution Primary job Contributions included a b c d e=(d*5%) f=(d*5%) g h i j Enter the employee s name Enter the employee s surname Enter the employee s individual number Enter the employee s gross salary Calculate the employee s pension contribution by multiplying gross salary with the contribution of 5% - 15% Calculate the employer s pension contribution by multiplying gross salary with the contribution of 5% - 15% Enter the employee s supplementary pension contribution Enter the employer s supplementary pension contribution Click YES if the employee in question has declared you as a primary employer, click NO if this employee has declared you as a secondary employer. Click NO only in cases when the employee is not obligated to pay pension contributions (e.g. nonresidents and pensioners). In other cases click YES.

13 Tax declaration on wages and pensions This document contain your employees list and it is recognized as a payroll list. Save it at your computer and back to page for electronic declaration where you already were at step 2. By clicking at Choose File, it will be opened a new window:

15 Tax declaration in wages and pensions After you have upload payroll list click at Send The system has 6 steps in total. These steps in fact are control points of correctness of your data. If your data are correct, then these control points are passed at once!

16 Tax declaration on wages and pensions If there are mistakes in your data, control points will inform you for the mistake found and the possibility to correct immediately. The possible mistakes that system identify are: Contributions Empty IDs Double IDs Incorrect IDs Retirement Incorrect names

18 Tax declaration on wages and pensions After you have clicked Declare, it will appear the following window with a message Declaration ended successfully. In this case you have two options: Print the payment-form and go to pay your tax obligation in one of the commercial banks. Also the payment can be done electronically with e-banking in banks that offer this service.

19 When should declare? Tax on wages and pensions should be declared every month, respectively latest by 15 th of each next month for the previous month, for example wages of April should be declared from 1 st of April until 15 th of May.

27 Can I declare with a zero through EDI? Electronic declaration system enable you to declare with a zero, so you will not be at non-declarers list in tax system.
