LPCcum-Data Sheets bearing o. 202/2009 for Corrigendum Pensionary ward for rmy and o. 20/2009 for Corrigendum Pensionary ward for DSC/T personnel alongwith Instructions for filling the same are forwarded herewith for necessary action at your end. LPC-cum-Data Sheet for Corrigendum for those whose 6 th CPC revision had not been carried out and Pre-2006 cases will continue in the existing format. 2. revised nnexure-3 for rank-code, CP-CODE and showing their BD-PY and Grade PY is also enclosed for necessary action. 3. o software programme for Data-entry and Validation cheek will be provided in Corrigendum case. If there is bulk no. of cases you may design

The Data should be in SCII (Fixed length) to this office for processing.
