Accordingly, after nine months 2017, PNJ has achieved remarkable results when it was honored as Top 3 Retailer of the Year and Outstanding Enterprise of the Year ASEAN by Jewellery News Asia. Specifically, the total revenue in the first nine months of the year reached VND7,763 billion, up 31% compare to the same period of 2016;in which: retail gold jewelry increased 39.6% over the same period, especially same stores sale growthreached 22%, retail silverjewelry sales increased 32.5% compared to the same period. The result is once again confirmed that the strategy focused on the core business of PNJ obviouslyright. It contributed to VND1,321 billion in gross profit, up 31% yoy and VND628 billion in pretax profit, up 42% yoy.

2 2. RVENUE AND GROSS PROFIT STRUCTURES BY BUSINESS SECTORS Revenue structure of PNJ in 3Q2017 includes 4 main business sectors: Gold bar, gold jewelry, silver jewelry, and other services. In which: Gold jewelry accounted for the largest share, contributing81% of revenue and more than 90% of gross profit. 4 4. THE MAIN ACTIVITIES IN 3Q2017 A. DEVELOPMENT OF RETAIL NETWORK Besides the business results, PNJ's retail network has hit 249 stores, extension across the country. In particular, PNJ opened 12 stores in Q3; Including: 2 stores in Ho Chi Minh City, 2 stores in the Western Area, 3 stores in Highland, 1 store in Central Area and 4 stores in the Northern Area. The prize is an international recognition of the PNJ brand and its contribution not only to the jewelry industry in Vietnam but also to the whole of Asia. 5 C. ACTIVITIES OF MARKETING IN 3Q2017 The "Customer Gratitude" program takes place from 28th July to 13th August 2017, to express gratitude from PNJ for loyalty customers PNJ. The exhibition program of the first nine months of the year took place in two big cities, Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi (Adora, Marry Wedding, Travellive), giving consumers the opportunity to access and experience excellent PNJ jewelry. The programs received enthusiastic feedback and respond from customers, creating powerful communication effects.

ACTIVITIES OF INVESTOR RELATIONS OFFICE In the third quarter, PNJ conducted meetings and exchanged information on business strategies for more than 40 foreign investors, 34 domestic investors and 10 securities companies. In addition, the IR team also participated in big seminars with investors such as Vietnam Conference 2017 organized by HSC-DragonCapital-CLSA, Vinacapital Conference 2017 with the participation of domestic and foreign organizations investment. With theseconferences, Investors can seehow great interesting of domestic and foreign investors about PNJ is. 5. CONTINUING THE JOURNEY OF SHARING WITH COMMUNITY PNJ also granted 100 scholarships to disadvantage students in PhuNhuan district with a total amount was more than 100 million dong. Beside that, PNJ also cooperated with SaiGon Economic Times Fund to hand over 40 STF - PNJ scholarships with 270 million dong in total value to students with excellent achievements in study and research activities. Donating more than 500 million dong for the project to build school for disadvantage children in rural area PhuTho province, funded 10 billion dong for the project to care for children with autism through the Vietnam Children Sponsorship Fund The sponsored by the Women's Union, the Association of Women Entrepreneurs across the country to organize forums, workshops and cultural activities for the development of women and businesswomen community in Vietnam.
