The total revenue of 2017 reached VND10,991 billion 2017, up 28% compared to the same period of 2016; in which: retail gold jewelry increased 39.3% over the same period - the same store sales growth of gold stores was 21%, retail silver jewelry sales increased 25.1% with the same store sales reached 14% - The result once again confirmed that the strategy focused on the core business of PNJ is obviously right. As a results that gross profit was VND1,874 billion, increase 31% yoy and VND904 billion in pretax profit, up 42% yoy.

RVENUE AND GROSS PROFIT STRUCTURES BY BUSINESS SECTORS Revenue structure of PNJ in 4Q2017 is still contributed by 4 main business sectors: Gold bar, Gold jewelry, Silver jewelry, and other services. In which: Gold jewelry accounted for the largest share, contributing 79% of revenue and more than 89% of gross profit. 4 4. THE MAIN ACTIVITIES IN 4Q2017 A. DEVELOPMENT OF RETAIL NETWORK By the end of 2017, PNJ has developed 269 retail stores nationwide independent stores, 65 stores in the mall and 69 stores in the supermarket. Accordingly, PNJ opened a total of 54 new stores in 2017, and in the fourth quarter opened 20 new stores; including: 16 PNJGold stores, 4 Silver stores. As such, PNJ has exceeded the system development plan set by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at the beginning of the year with the plan of 40 new stores, completing 135% of the plan. PNJ continues to affirm its strategic focus on the core business of jewelery and quickly increases its market share, proving its position as the largest jewelry retailer in the country. MARKETING ACTIVITIES IN 4Q2017 For typical marketing activities in the fourth quarter, PNJ introduced two new collections and implemented promotion activitives to the consumers as well as jewlery fashionista: Galaxy Collection - Gold Jewelry and Musci Loving - Silver Jewelry. In addition, PNJ will also carried out major marketing programs in the fourth quarter, such as the diamond jewelry festival, the "golden happiness" program for the 2017 wedding season, and Black Friday These program was welcomed by customers, and created powerful communication effect, contributing to increasing value and brand awareness PNJ nationwide.

6 5. ACTIVITIES OF INVESTOR RELATIONS OFFICE In 4Q2017, Investor Relations had meetings with more than 100 investors, including: domestic and foreign investors. And organized successfully the quarterly Analyst Meeting for investors. Another highlighted activity in the fourth quarter is that the investor relations department held a welcoming ceremony for the MBA delegation from the University of Oklahoma to visit and work at PNJ. This is a first step contributing to PNJ's relationship with other universities across the United States - this relationship will bring many benefits to PNJ in operating and developing the company's resources. 6. CONTINUING THE JOURNEY OF SHARING WITH COMMUNITY In the year 2017, PNJ has implemented "57 PNJ Houses" - this is also the 57 "fairy tales" that PNJ offered for the poor people that have always dreamed about a house. After more than 2 years of launching and implementing the PNJ shelter program, 124 "PNJ Houses" have been donated to poor people in need of housing throughout the country.
