The total revenue of 1Q2018 reached VND4,166 billion, up 32% compared to the same period of 2017, and completed 30% business plan The gross profit reached VND770 billion, up 40% y-o-y, completed 31% in gross profit plan. In addition, the profit before tax of company in the first 3 months 2018 was 35% y-o-y. The good results in business thanks to well performance in sales of some events as Valentine day, Lucky day, Woman day that made revenues of company had a good number in growth rate.

RVENUE AND GROSS PROFIT STRUCTURES BY BUSINESS SECTORS Revenue structure of PNJ in 1Q2018 was still be contributed by 4 main business sectors: Gold bar, gold jewelry, silver jewelry, and other services. In which: Gold jewelry accounted for the largest share, contributing 75.6% of revenue and more than 90.3% of gross profit. 4 4. THE MAIN ACTIVITIES IN 1Q2018 A. DEVELOPMENT OF RETAIL NETWORK Developing retail networks are still PNJ s main operations, with 14 stores launched in the first three months 2018, bringing the company's total retail stores to 283 nationwide. Especially, beside opening retail stores, PNJ also opened the wholesale centers to be able to expand and serve customers in the best way. 5 5. ACTIVITIES OF INVESTOR RELATIONS In the first half of 2018, PNJ had meeting and discussing information about operation strategy for more than 40 foreign investors and 6 securites companies. This is one of periodic activities of IR to upadte the business performance so that PNJ can maintain transparency by supporting in-time and clearly informations to investors. 6. CONTINUING THE JOURNEY OF SHARING WITH COMMUNITY Continuing to promote and "keep the fire" journey connecting hearts, time, next to the periodic activities such as the exchange of beliefs, companionship with women associations, PNJ also together with the Fund Vietnamese Children officially launches the Autism Awareness Project in Vietnamese children, helping them integrate into the community, connecting the heart to the heart.
