Assumes: 30 yr. amortization at 3.55% interest for revenue bonds Current SWP funding mechanisms, consistent with current policy Bill impact applies evenly to the service and commodity charges Bill impacts presented are based on a average residential customer using 16 HCF Customer impacts are based on a 55% SWP / 45% CVP split 28
