2 2 No. 86 PROVINCIAL GAZffiE 4 November 2016 PROVINCIAL NOTICE [No. 261 Of 2016] AMENDMENT OF THE FREE STATE LIQUOR REGULATIONS in re RENEWAL FEES I, Dr B Malakoane, Member of the Executive Council responsible for Economic, Small Business Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs in the Province, hereby give notice that I intend to amend the Free State Liquor Regulations, 2011, as set out in the Schedule. Amendment of Regulation Regulation 75 of the Regulations is amended by the substitution for the following sub regulation: "Fees payable annually In respect of a registration certificate 75. Subject to Regulation 75C, there must, for the year following the year during which the Act comes into operation and for every calendar year thereafter, be deposited Into the account of the Authority, in respect of each registration certificate (excludln9 a special events registration certificate), the annual fees set out in Part C of Schedule 3 and Part B of Schedule 6 on or before 31 December, annually: Provided that as a transitional measure, the annual fees in respect of Part B of Schedule 6 only applies to {2015/2016) 2016/2017.". Amendment of Regulation 75C 2. Subregulation (2) of Regulation 75C of the Regulations is amended by the substitution for the following subregulation: Schedule 3 "(2) The annual renewal fees for {2015/2016) must be paid in the prescribed manner on or before 28 February [2016] 2017.". 3. Schedule 3 of the Regulations is attached. Amendment of Schedule 6 4. Schedule 6 of the Regulations is amended by the subsmution for Schedule 6 of the attached Schedules. Short titre 5. These Regulations are called the Free State Liquor Amendment Regulations, 2016.
