3 INTRODUCTION Oryx Holdings, incorporated in 2016 and through its subsidiaries, is engaged in gold, diamond, and chrome mining as well as other related mining activities, including exploration, extraction, processing, consulting and advisory. Oryx Holdings is a diversified mining business with a portfolio of mining operations and undeveloped resources.

5 Oryx Chrome Oryx chrome operates in the North West Province of South Africa. There are two projects, situated in the Marikana and Pilansberg area with each having the capacity to produce (fifty thousand) tons a month of Run Of Mine chrome bearing material. Both these projects are operating under Section 20 of the MPRDA (Bulk Sampling), whilst awaiting approval from the local Mineral Regulator.

6 OryxGold Oryx Gold has previous gold dump processing operations in the Free State province. With a view of developing the Mpumalanga and North West projects within its 2018 financial year. There are currently three gold dump projects with prospecting rights applications, and we believe that approval will be granted by October Preliminary studies indicate that we should achieve recoveries of anything between 2.4 g/t to 8.7 g/t at various phases in the different projects.

7 OryxDiamonds Oryx Diamonds, a division of Oryx Holdings, operates in the Northern Cape, North West, Western Cape, Gauteng and Free State provinces. Of the mentioned operations, three have been granted prospecting rights, covering ,75 hectares and a further two fully operational projects with mining right applications being processed, covering ,31 hectares. There are currently four pending prospecting right applications being processed and are envisaged to be granted by the end of 2018.

8 Oryx Diamonds The company has already appointed two contractors to the Northern Cape and Free State projects and are currently operational. The company is in the process of appointing seven contractors for all the other sites.

12 YALI The biggest impact YALI training has had on my business is the urge to get started with the resources I had at my disposal. Prior to being on the YALI program, I had the impression that one needs large sums of capital and human workforce because that is what is traditionally required to start a mining operation. The training I received from YALI spoke contrary to the above and taught me to leverage the limited resources I had in order to get started. The idea is always to achieve your goals. 13 FUTURE PLANS Our future plan is to list the Company on the Stock Exchange whilst expanding operations into neighbouring countries. Our strength lies in our ability to identify value in mining projects and our philosophy of community partnership. Oryx was started on the basis that it identified success paths and saw an opportunity within the market and envisages to be a top and major role player in the mining sector. Diversification across the mineral resource value chain will allow Oryx to manage and navigate the various cyclical market pressures.
