4 Booking and Cancellation Terms & Conditions A booking on a Dingo Tour is confirmed only on receipt of a deposit before cut off date. Payment methods include direct deposit or credit card. The balance can be paid on commencement of the tour. Cancellations must be made in writing (not SMS), anm may incur a cancellation fee to an amount relative to how much notice you give us. See table below for an overview of booking dates and cancellation fees. Day Trips Bookings A deposit of 50% deposit 12 hours before departure is required to secure a spot on our scheduled day tours, or to arrange a private tour. Cancellations - If cancelled 12 hours or more before departure: full refund of deposit. - If cancelled more than 6 hours but less than 12 hours before departure: 50% of deposit cancellation fee (50% refund) - If cancelled less than 6 hours before departure: 100 % of deposit cancellation fee (no refund) B. Overnight trips Bookings A deposit of 50% deposit 48 hours before departure is required to secure a spot on our overnight tours and weekend getaways. Cancellations - If cancelled 48 hours or more before departure: full refund of deposit. - If cancelled more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before departure: 50% of deposit cancellation fee (50% refund) - If cancelled less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours before departure: 75 % of deposit cancellation fee (25% refund) - If cancelled less than 12 hours before departure: 100% of deposit cancellation fee (no refund) C. Multi-day tours Bookings Bookings of our multi-tours need to be made minimum 2 weeks before departure to secure your spot.

5 Cancellations - If cancelled 2 weeks or more before departure: full refund of deposit. - If cancelled more than 1 week but less than 2 weeks before departure: 50% of deposit cancellation fee (50% refund) - If cancelled less than 7 days but more than 4 days before departure: 75 % of deposit cancellation fee (25%refund) - If cancelled less than 4 days before departure: 100% of deposit cancellation fee (no refund) Weather Conditions Policy Tours will normally operate in all but exceptional weather conditions. Conditions such as fog, mist, drizzle, showers, rain, sleet and windy conditions do not affect normal operation of our tours. Weather predictions saying a "possibility" of thunderstorms will not cause a cancellation of a tour - guides will monitor the weather conditions during the tour and evacuate passengers from the water if this looks likely to occur. We will notify you by phone the day prior or day or morning of a trip if we need to cancel. If we cancel we will transfer your booking to another date, if another date is not possible, we will refund your money in full. Conditions of travel Dingo Tours reserves the right to cancel any ticket or booking or to refuse to carry any passenger where payments have not been received by Dingo Tours within the times specified. It is a condition of carriage that a passenger has paid all tour monies prior to the departure of the tour. Dingo Tours reserves the right to alter the accommodation and/or itinerary or cancel a tour without notice as may be found necessary for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to road, weather, bushfires or traffic conditions, track or park closures, strong winds, high seas, operational conditions and requirements. Where a tour is cancelled prior to the departure date we shall endeavour to offer the nearest possible alternative tour (subject to a refund or payment to cover any tour price difference) or, it this is not acceptable, refund your monies in full. All additional expenses incurred as a result of any delays, cancellations or alterations will be the sole responsibility of the passenger. Any special passenger requirements must be notified to Dingo Tours at the time of booking. No passenger will be permitted to embark or continue on the tour while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative of Dingo Tours, such as to render them incapable of caring for themselves, or whereby they become objectionable to other passengers, or they become a hazard to themselves or other passengers. Most Dingo Tours require a minimum number of confirmed guests for a scheduled departure to go ahead - see table Where sufficient numbers cannot be achieved, Dingo Tours reserves the right to cancel a scheduled departure. The decision to cancel a departure is made: Tour Min. pax Day Tours 2 Overnight trips Day Trips 6 - within 24 hours prior to departure of day tours - within 48 hours prior to departure of overnight trips - within 14 days prior to departure of multi-day tours In the unlikely event that a scheduled departure gets cancelled, all deposits will be refunded to the nominated bank account. Alternatively, a discount voucher of 25% will be offered to book the same tour as a private tour.

6 Refund procedure There are no refunds for tours cancelled due to misrepresentation of physical abilities and/or existing or previous health conditions. If any client fails or refuses to answer specific questions put forward in the participants form, Dingotours maintains the right to refuse service without refund. Among questions that must be answered accurately are those referring to physical health, experience and former accidents. Examples of failures to disclose that certainly mean cancellation without refund. There will also be no refund if you simply change your mind after having booked the tour (see above for our cancellation schedule), realise you can t afford the tour or were responsible for causing your tour to terminate. You are however entitled to a full refund if the tour you booked Is substantially and essentially different as the description provided by our website. Other information Dingo Tours shall not be held liable for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused my late arrival of public transport, change of schedule, strikes, vehicle breakdown, Acts of God, or other conditions. Dingo Tours acts solely as the agent for securing accommodation and transport where applicable and shall not be held liable in the event of any person or company to render transportation, accommodation or other service. We strongly recommend customers taking part in one of our tours have full insurance covering any injury they might suffer, including evacuation costs and medical treatment.
