19 EUR volume 3: analyses of compliance of selected designs vs. the EUR generic requirements ❽ analyses at detail level each of the 4000 requirements (shall, should, may) of the EUR volumes 1 & 2 is analysed by EUR utilities' engineers standard scale of compliance for all the projects rationales & references cross-checking between the different assessments several man years for each project ❽ these detailed analyses are not published in volume 3 ❽ only the main deviations are highlighted in the published part as well as the main "compliance with objectives. 20 EUR volume 3 ❽ Two new subsets undertaken early 2004 ❽ Sustained activity in ❽ The assessments of compliance are completed ❽ Still some finalisation and checking works before publication ❽ Two more detailed presentation later in the seminar EUR SEMINAR page 18
21 As a conclusion ❽ Not all the objectives set in 2002 have been reached ❽ The revision process of the generic requirements (EUR volumes 1, 2 and 4) has only produced preliminary material so far ❽ A programme may be rebuilt to get final revisions of the EUR texts, once the external environment is sufficiently stabilised (see the last presentation of this seminar) ❽ The cooperation with the vendors has been good and made it possible to produce the last two subsets of the EUR volume 3 in a very short time.
