Here s a summary of the benefit and plan changes: New Hospice benefit added as a basic benefit on all plans. At-Home Recovery and Preventive Care benefits are removed (deemed under-utilized by Medicare). Plan G Excess coverage increased to 100%. Plans E, H, I and J are removed since the changes noted resulted in plans offering duplicate benefits. New low-premium Plans M and N that provide for more cost-sharing by the beneficiary.
