1 23810 West Industrial Drive, Plainfield Illinois Burr Oak Drive, Westmont, IL Registration Information Programs (All 12 Weeks from May 30 August 19): 10U: Tier 1 will offer a two or three day per week program of half hour sessions. It has been our experience that half an hour is the optimal time to maximize training while keeping the mental focus of the younger athlete. 12U: Overall athleticism is the focus of this program with an eye on the select hockey skills that can be developed in a player this age. Players can choose to train two or three times per week. It is our experience that greater results are achieved at three times per week but we understand the scheduling constraints of this age group. 14U: This program is designed for the multiple sport athlete that participates in hockey. At this age, some weight training is introduced along with overall athleticism, with an eye on hockey. Athletes in this group will train three times per week Girls: Female athletes, as their bodies mature, need to be trained differently than their male counterparts. Tier 1 is dedicated to training girl athletes with the same intensity as boys. This program is three or four times per week and will encompass athleticism and hockey skills. Hockey: This is a three time per week hockey specific training program for ages 14 and above. All training is dedicated to developing a stronger, more coordinated better balanced hockey player while reducing injury risk. Advanced Hockey: Our most intense program, advanced hockey is a four time per week immersion in all the components of an elite level hockey players. Three days of training plus a recovery day that includes: Yoga, pilates, swimming, ice baths and various other recovery and educational activities. Goaltenders Only: This year, Tier 1 is introducing a new program to address the specific needs of goaltenders. We conducted a beta test last year and had tremendous feedback from our goalie families. For 2017, we are focusing strictly on the special training needs of a netminder. This program is three to four times per week. For further information, please visit the programs tab of our web site at Please remember all classes are 10 athletes or less. All programs are filled on a first come, first served basis.
2 Pricing: Pricing structure is dictated by the program chosen and number of days per week of training. This year we have changed the way we are pricing our program. While every program is 12 weeks in duration, we have structured the investment for 10 weeks of training. As we assume that most families will have two weeks of vacation or outside activities, this will allow for missed sessions. Any further sessions missed can be made up through our generous make-up schedule. If families do not take that time, the two weeks of training is free. For specific pricing, please contact Don Lewis at or We are also providing an early bird discount for all paid in full registrations received by May 1, One final note: Tier 1 will not turn any athlete away due to financial concerns. Payment plans are available as well as financial assistance. If an athlete wants to train at Tier 1, we will take every reasonable measure to make participation possible. Methods of Registration: For each form of registration, the following forms (available below) will be required: 1. Registration Form: If registering more than one athlete, one form can be used. 2. Waiver Liablility: This form is specific to the chosen location for training 3. Form of Payment: We accept cash, checks and all major forms of credit cards. Pay by Mail: Please fill out above forms and send check to Tier 1 Athletic Performance 776 Burr Oak Drive Westmont IL Pay by Phone: Please contact Don at to select this method. Pay in Person: Please contact Don or lew1161@yahoo.com to make arrangements to drop off payment at either of our locations.
