Gentlemen and/or Ladies: Having examined the bidding documents the receipt of which is hereby duly acknowledged, we, the undersigned, offer to provide TWO YEAR SERVICE CONTRACT FOR FUMIGATION AND PEST CONTROL SERVICES in conformity with the said bidding documents for the sum of VAT Inclusive or such other sums as may be ascertained in accordance with the Schedule of Rates attached herewith and made part of this Tender. We undertake, if our Tender is accepted, to deliver the services in accordance with the schedule specified in the Schedule of Assignment. If our Tender is accepted, we will obtain the guarantee of a bank in a sum equivalent to 10% percent of the Contract Price for the due performance of the Contract, in the form prescribed by the Employer. We agree to abide by this Tender for a period of 90 days from the date fixed for Tender opening under Clause 5 of the Instructions to Tenderers, and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the expiration of that period. Until a formal Contract is prepared and executed, this Tender, together with your written acceptance thereof and your notification of award, shall constitute a binding Contract between us. We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest or any tender you may receive. Offices Service involves spraying of floor areas with a vectan pesticide approved by Pest Control Produce Board with smell which clears in a short time and has no effects to human health. Bacticide to be capable to kill the following insects Flies, Mosquitoes, Cockroaches, Bedbugs, Mites, Bacteria, Black Ants, Fleas and any other crawling and flying insects The kitchens to be sprayed with a pesticide which can t contaminate the utensils and food when killing the target e.g. Cockroaches. Goliath Gel to be applied on electrical equipments and sockets Machines and glass partition should not get any pesticide residual or stain. 6 COMMON AREAS Fumigation and pest control of Flies, Mosquitoes, Cockroaches, Black Ants, Mites and any other crawling or flying insects using approved products of high standard with no side effects to human beings. SCOPE Area Basement and machine rooms Toilets (both gents & ladies) Flower beds and outside house at wall to poison Rats, Kill Flies, Mosquitoes, Black Ants etc Open manholes and do inspection controlling rats, cockroaches by blowing with high fogging smoke to reach all the inlets without limit Soot blowing with smoke to reach the top killing any insects within common areas Offices BASEMENTS/STORES Area Do sprays using vectan control of Spiders, Mosquitoes, Cockroaches, Fleas, Black Ants, Bedbugs and any other crawling insects Price Price Bites to control Rats and Mice at strategic areas NB: All services rendered come with a 3 months guarantee and in case the customer is not satisfied any repeat jobs are non-payable.
