1 Pulsar FOS Terms & Conditions Pulsar Festival of Speed Season 3 Race Championship and Training Practice session for races starts from 9.00 AM onwards on Day 1 (Training day) at the Pulsar Festival of Speed Season 3 Practice sessions will be conducted from 9.00 AM. to 2.30 PM. through spot registrations Registrations will be solely be on first come first serve basis The top 10 riders with the best timing will be selected solely by the judges and management of FOS based on timing and skill of the rider on training day Registrations for the race participants will start from PM to 1.00 PM onwards, participants will be allowed to enter the venue from 1.00 PM onwards only Gates open for festival attendees from 1.00 PM Terms & Conditions All participants must have attained 18 years of age and possess a valid driving license. All participants to produce copies of driving license and motorcycle documents at the time of registration and the originals should be produced if demanded by the organizers No participant must be under the influence of alcohol or narcotic drugs Participants performing with Bajaj Pulsar motorcycles will only be allowed to take part in the championship, the variants allowed are Pulsar RS200, NS200 (ABS & Non ABS), AS200 and 220F only Any mishaps to the participants, spectators and the performance motorcycles will be the participants sole responsibility Racer briefing will be done by the race controller at the Pulsar Festival of Speed Only racers will be allowed in the racing area Safety briefing of riders to take place on the track by Expert Rider (safety, overtaking, flags, track turns etc.) All fans/family/friends and anyone related to the racers can view the race from the viewing gallery All racers to follow the race code of conduct and strictly adhere to all Rules & Regulations set by the race controllers, any violation will result in the disqualification of the racer Organizer s/management s decision for the race will be final Participants challenging the judge s decision/management of FOS are liable to get disqualified from the sessions

2 Pulsar Festival of Speed Season 3 India s First Stunt Championship and Training Registration for Stunt pre-evaluation to start on Day 1 (Training day) at FOS Season 3 Registration starts at 1.00 PM 2.00 PM on a first come first serve basis Registrations will be on first come first serve basis Stunt Master-class/Clinic will be conducted by the Ghost Ryderz from 2.00 PM 3.00 PM Stunt Master-class/Clinic will be conducted through theory and demonstration Stunt Challenge will be conducted from 3.00 PM 6.00 PM Top 10 participants to qualify for the finale face off on Day 2 (Competition Day) Terms & Conditions All participants must have attained 18 years of age and possess a valid driving license All participants to produce copies of driving license and motorcycle documents at the time of registration and the originals should be produced if demanded by the organizers No participant must be under the influence of alcohol or narcotic drugs Participants performing with Bajaj Pulsar motorcycles will only be allowed to take part in the championship Any mishaps to the participants, spectators and the performance motorcycles will be the participants sole responsibility All participants must use DOT/ISI certified helmets, back protectors/body protection/jackets with body protection, gloves, denims/riding pants, footwear with protection Rash and reckless riding during the competition or practice session will be warned once and the participant will be disqualified following subsequent violations The motorcycles for competition should be in good running order, no bad leakages, should have good brakes and should be in decent crash protection. The motorcycles will be scrutinized before each event by one or more of the organizers and deemed to be fit for the purpose Organizer s/management s decision for the stunting would be final Participants challenging the judge s decision/management of FOS are liable to get disqualified from the sessions

3 Competition Judging Judges marks are broken down in the categories below with a total point of 100 for each athlete 1. Tricks 2. Execution 3. Performance Main Freestyle Competition Tricks In this category 4 basic tricks are evaluated; maximum score is 40; each category maximum score is Wheelies 0-10 points 2. Stoppies 0-10 points 3. Drifts/Burnouts 0-10 points 4. Acrobatic Elements 0-10 points Performance (This category will be included only in the final round on day no.2 Competition Day) This category evaluates the athlete s level of riding. It is split into 5 categories. Level of Tricks: 0-10 points Aggressiveness: 0-10 points Style: 0-10 points Crowd Interaction: 0-5 points Flow: 0-5 points DISCLAIMER: THE DECISIONS OF JUDGES AND MANAGEMENT OF FOS WILL BE DEEMED FINAL AND CANNOT BE CONTESTED AT ANY POINT THE JUDGES/MANAGEMENT OF FOS MAY DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES CHANGE/RESCHEDULE/CANCEL OR DISQUALIFY ATHLETES ON ISSUES OF MISCONDUCT/MISBEHAVIOR/CHEATING OF ANY KIND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

4 ENGAGEMENT ZONE The activity is strictly on first come first serve basis The engagement zone has limited entry slots Right to participation is reserved by the organizers Participants should always follow the expert s instructions Each zone has a time limit that must be followed Referees decision is the final decision All participants must carry a valid photo ID The hard enduro, adventure, stunt, Burn-outs & dirt racing activities that require physical exertion rides and on ground games and competitions like stunts are dangerous and may cause injury or death People under any kind of medication & suffering from any kind of ailment/injury will not be allowed to participate Attendance and participation in any of these aspects of the festival is at your own risk All participants sign the accident waiver and release of liability (AWRL) form before participating ENTRY TO FESTIVAL OF SPEED This is a wrist-band access festival; a physical wrist-band will be issued at the venue on the day of the event. Please carry valid photo id for verification. In case wrist-bands are taken off, a replacement wrist-band will not be issued. Wristbands removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and WILL NOT be replaced Each wristband entitles entry for 1 person only. Wristbands are valid for multiple entries into the festival Entry for children below twelve years of age is free (Identity/age proof required. A registered adult guardian must accompany minors at the festival) A wrist-band shall not be a valid ticket if it is tampered with Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a wrist-band would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket and the person will be evicted from the festival Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on invitees/members of the audience at the entry point for security reasons Parking outside around the festival premises is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner Guests must adhere to a comfortable and socially acceptable Dress code

5 GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS Organizers reserve the right to provide specific bike manufacturer priority parking Entry and exit of bikes at the festival parking area is on the basis of bike make and first come first serve basis Organizers take no liability for theft, damage & security of any bike/accessory, parts and any accompanied goods and belongings inside the festival premises Rights of admission are reserved Festival Area allows reserved parking for any stunts, wheelies; burn outs in the designated areas any violation of the will not be permitted and can lead to losing the liberty of using this facility No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, firearms, fireworks, laser devices, bottles licensed or otherwise will be allowed in the venue and patrons maybe asked to leave the venue if found to be carrying any such items All riders/pillions and visitors hereby on registration for the Event accept and acknowledge the inherent dangers of participating in a racing event and hereby agree to do the same at their own free will and are aware of the risk to injury, death or damage to property, self and others. All riders/pillions and visitors shall be solely responsible for their acts and the Organizer(s) does not accept any responsibility thereof whatsoever, except in case of negligence on the part of the Organizer(s). The Organizer(s) and Sponsors of Pulsar Festival of Speed are not liable for any prolonged illness, total or partial disability, injury, accident or trauma, which may result, from participation or from being present at the rides to and from the festival and the main festival itself Personal insurance is not included for the Event. It is a condition of participation in the Event that you are adequately insured for the full duration of the ride, the event and thereafter as a result of the ride and Event in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items and cancellation and curtailment. Your participation at the event automatically implies that you have adequate Life Insurance Cover It shall be your responsibility to read all information that is made available via s, the website or handouts concerning the Event. Periodic updates on the Terms and Conditions will be flagged for reference Whilst at the Festival, patrons must not: Climb any structure or damage any property Use inappropriate language or behave in an inappropriate manner Smoke within the Festival premises Take photos or videos of performers without their express and prior consent

6 Organizers reserve the exclusive right, to refuse admission or remove anyone (even if entered into the festival) who is found to be provoking, instigating or committing any act which may be construed as any offence or act of violence against the Organizer or its staff, other guests, or any other person or persons within the festival premises or of committing or abetting or attempting any offence of a criminal nature or otherwise that is likely to harm the goodwill of the Event or harm the people attending the event or violating any of the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein; behaving in a manner which has or is likely to hamper the safety or modesty of other persons at the Event; causing or intending to cause disturbance and/or disruption in the decorum of the premises on the account of rude/violent behavior, use of derogatory/inflammatory language, verbal or physical intimidation, obscene or lewd acts and gestures, racial abuse, nonpayment of bills, provoking and/or indulging in fights, whether acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs or otherwise; refuse to comply with the Organizer(s) security searches; breaching any of the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein The Organizer(s) reserves the right to conduct security searches at entry or at any time during the Event and confiscate any item which in the opinion of the Organizer(s) may cause danger or disruption to other persons or the event or is one of the items not permitted in the venue as listed in these Terms and Conditions First aid/medical facilities will be provided, however, the organizers do not take any responsibility for any problems arising. Attendees will be allowed to bring their own Medical and First-aid kits inside the festival Parking inside and outside around the festival premises is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner Guests at Pulsar Festival of Speed must adhere to a comfortable and socially acceptable dress code Entry and Exit for bikes in the festival parking area is on a first come first serve basis and is time bound to the festival operational hours Organizers reserve the right to provide specific sponsor bike manufacturers reserved parking Parking in the festival area is limited additional parking spaces are available outside the festival grounds Organizer(s) take no liability for theft, damage and security of any bikes inside and outside the festival venue itself Organizer(s) reserve the right to allow or reject any rider with his bike regardless of appointed brands and appropriate bike bands as per their discretion if found posing a risk to the health and safety of others and himself in the festival area Food and beverage from outside is not allowed inside the festival premises Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and is also against the law and is condemned by the Organizer(s). Any rider who is found to be guilty of riding under the

7 influence of alcohol or any drug will be immediately discarded from the event premises and will further be penalized or handed over to the local police authorities The Organizer does not take any responsibility for and shall not be held liable for any accidents in or outside the festival premises involving a guest driving under the influence of alcohol or alcoholic beverages. No damages or compensation will be paid by the Organizers to any guest or third party for hurt, injury, damage, death, damage to property, etc., in any accident while being under the influence of alcohol Consumption and possession of narcotics and psychotropic drugs/substances/mixtures is strictly prohibited and those found possessing or consuming narcotics or psychotropic drugs at the event will be immediately handed over to the anti-narcotic police The Organizer(s) reserves the right to change or cancel any part or the full program, function, display, activity line up, games, promotions, scheme, announced or unannounced before or during at the festival venue without giving prior information to patrons You shall not bring into the venue or display or distribute (whether for free or not) during the event any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials, especially if it is in conflict with Pulsar Festival of Speed Terms and Conditions for any kind of sale in the festival area need to be approved by the Organizer(s). Details for the sale of parts in the flea market, Indoor and Outdoor Expo will be put up on the website separately Guest attending Pulsar Festival of Speed, at their own expense, indemnify, save, and hold harmless the Organizer(s), sponsors, partners from and against any claim of injury and death, total or partial physical disability, negative emotional, mental effects by participating and attending at the festival and/or using event services, and/or taking part in the different competitions and/or games, races, rides related to motorsports and/or adventure strength competitions, including and not limiting to Food and Beverage, on the festival grounds. You hereby further indemnify the organizers, sponsors, partners from any and against all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, injury and death, loss of goods and belongings, damage to self, and/or by property, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys` fees), by the participation and attendance at Pulsar Festival of Speed Force Majeure shall mean a cause or event that is not reasonably foreseeable or otherwise caused by or under the control of the Organizer claiming Force Majeure, including acts of God, fires, floods, explosions, riots, wars, hurricane, sabotage, threats or actual acts of terrorism, vandalism, accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labor strikes, that prevent Organizer from furnishing the materials or equipment and organizing and executing the festival, and other like events and situations that are beyond his reasonable anticipation and control, despite his reasonable efforts to prevent, avoid, delay, or mitigate the effect of such acts, events or occurrences, and which events or the effects thereof are not attributable to his failure to perform his obligations under this Agreement

8 All disputes, dispute resolution and legal matters are subject to THE JURISDICTION OF COURTS IN MUMBAI only The Organizer(s) reserves the right to conduct security searches at entry or at any time during the Event and confiscate any item which in the opinion of the Organizer(s) may cause danger or disruption or annoyance to other persons or the event or is one of the items not permitted in the venue as listed in these Terms and Conditions By attending Pulsar Festival of Speed you automatically express consent on non-chargeable basis of your likeliness to be included in any photograph/video/ film/audio footage (including the recordings by security cameras) during the event in the festival area to be exploited in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world by the Organizer(s) Your participation at the event automatically implies that you have read understood and agreed to all the above Terms and Conditions ONLINE REGISTRATIONS The registrations will help secure your spot on Day 1 (training day) Online registrations do not guarantee win Users have to be present at the specified time to be able to participate.
