1 Regulations concerning Mass Event under the name LIFE FESTIVAL OŚWIĘCIM Oświęcim, MOSiR ul. Legionów 15 1 General provisions 1. The regulations (hereafter referred to as the Regulations ) have been drawn up pursuing to the provisions of the Act on Security of Mass Events of 20 March 2009 (The Journal of Laws No. 62, item 504) and pursuing to the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964, the Civil Code (The Journal of Laws No. 16 item 93 as amended). 2. The Regulations have been prepared by the PEACE FESTIVAL Foundation, statutory seat in Oświęcim Zaborze, ul. Borowiec 47 D, zip code: , entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number : , NIP: , REGON: (hereafter referred to as the Promoter ), the Promoter of the Event under the name "Life Festival Oświęcim", that will take place on June 29, 2013 in Oświęcim, ul. Legionów 15 (hereafter referred to as the Event ). 3. The participants are entitled to enter the venue of the Event during the hours established by the Promoter. These hours shall be determined by the Promoter sufficiently in advance on the website: 4. The participants of the Event may remain in the venue until the end of the Event, and then they have to leave the venue without undue delay. 2 Ticket sales and entering the Event 1. Only persons holding the identity card and a ticket are entitled to enter the venue. 2. The participant of any event with tickets shall accept the regulations of the event by purchasing the ticket. 3. The ticket entitles the participant to enter the venue only one time without a possibility of leaving and re-entering the venue upon the same ticket. 4. The tickets shall be available online on the websites: and in the designated shops.

2 5. Every damaged ticket, without a control coupon or with an illegible code shall be invalid and shall not be refunded or exchanged for any other ticket. 6. Only in justified cases the duplicates of the electronic tickets shall be accepted In order to use such a duplicate, you must hold the ID card and the money transfer confirmation. 7. If a handicapped person intends to participate in the Event, unaided or with a caretaker, such a person is obliged to purchase the standing ticket. A special zone shall be prepared for the handicapped persons and their caretakers. (see: Scheme of the Event). 8. The Promoter is entitled to change a place determined on the ticket in the scope of a free level of navigation. 9. Re-sale of the tickets at a higher price than the price printed on the ticket is forbidden, as well as resale of the ticket on auctions, biddings, contests, commercial resale outside the authorized points of sale, etc. is forbidden. 10. Reimbursement of the tickets is possible only if the Event was cancelled or the Event s schedule, venue or time have been changed in such a case the participant of the Event shall not be entitled to any indemnity or damage, except for the reimbursement of the price printed on the ticket. 11. Notwithstanding the above mentioned conditions determined in the articles 1-3 herein, the following persons can t entry the venue of the Event: a) a person, who obtained the legally binding decision prohibiting entry the mass event, b) a person, who obtained the legally binding decision obligating such a person to retrain from staying in the venues of mass events, issued by the court against a condemned person in connection with a conditional suspension of imprisonment punishment of a juvenile pursuant to the provisions of the Article 6 item 2 of the Act on Juvenile Delinquency Proceedings of 26 October c) a person, who refuses to submit to the activities of verifying and confirming the rights to participate in the mass event, and in case of confirmation of the lack of such a right calling to leave the mass event; checking the ID of persons; reviewing the baggage content and the persons clothes, if there is a suspicion that these persons hold or bring items such as a weapon or any other dangerous items, explosives, pyrotechnics, fire hazardous materials, alcoholic drinks, narcotic drugs or psychoactive substances. d) persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotic drugs, psychoactive substances or any other similar substances (including the medicaments). e) persons holding a weapon or any other items, products, beverages, preparations or substances mentioned in the article 3 item 2 of the Regulations. f) persons behaving aggressive, provocative or in any other way which may pose a threat to safety or the schedule of the Event, g) a person, whose outward appearance makes its identification impossible,

3 h) a person holding plastic or glass or metal containers or cans, etc. i) a person holding other hazardous items, j) a person not holding the ID card. 12. Evaluation of items as hazardous is the task of the Event safety/informational personnel. 13. The persons who are refused to entry the Event or participate in this Event or the persons removed from the venue of the Event pursuant to the Regulations or the Act due to the fact that the provisions of the above mentioned were breached - such persons are not entitled to reimbursement of the ticket price. 14. The participant of the Event may be a juvenile (up to 15 years old), only in custody of its statutory representative, carer or other authorized adult and with the adult s sole responsibility, after signing by the adult the statement on bearing sole responsibility (including financial responsibility) for the above mentioned juvenile prior to the first entry the Event. The statement s formula for a statutory representative or a carer is available on the website : a juvenile 15 years old and above - independently. 15. The children up to 7 years old are entitled to entry free, provided that a parent shall fill the special form available at the Promoter s Office or on website: and the child shall obtain a band with its phone number. The parent is obliged to show a document confirming the child s age. A child shall not take the seat, eventually shall seat on its parent s knees. 16. The Event s participant or other person being in the venue of the Event may be exposed to continuous being in the sound zone that may cause hearing impairment. The Event s participant is present in the Event at its own risk. Especially an expectant mother, children and persons suffering from epilepsy are imperiled. In order to counteract negative effects, it is recommended to wear the sound isolating headphones. 3 SECURITY AND ORDER REGULATIONS 1. The Promoter reserves the right to restrict a number of persons participating in the Event without giving reasons. 2. During the Event it is forbidden to bring or hold the following items:: weapon or other hazardous items, explosives, pyrotechnics, fire hazardous materials, own baverages or food, alcoholic drinks,

4 umbrellas with a sharp tip, narcotic drugs or psychoactive substances, professional cameras (reflex, DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex), middle and large format cameras, interchangeable lens cameras, etc.), and video cameras. 3. It is forbidden to entry with a dog. Only blind persons with a seeing eye dog are entitled to stay in the venue. 4. Any commercial activity or other gainful activity, as well as any advertising and promotional activity in the venue of the Event without the Promoter s authorization is forbidden. 5. It is not allowed to entry the area (e.g.. banquet/conference hall, VIP and media zone, etc.), that is closed for an audience or where to the entry is forbidden. 6. The Promoter reserves the right to make amendments in connection with the schedule of the Event in the circumstances for which the Promoter is not responsible, including cancelling the Event due to important reason. 7. The Promoter may refuse entry the Event and participate in the Event the following persons: under the influence of alcohol, narcotic drugs, psychoactive substances or any other similar substances, holding a weapon or any other hazardous items, materials, products, beverages, preparations or substances, behaving aggressive, provocative or in any other way which may pose a threat to safety or order of the Event, entering the area not for the participants of the Event (service spaces, fence, masts, etc.), satisfying physiological needs out of toilets. 8. The participants of the Events and any other persons who are in the Event s area are obliged to obey the instructions of the Event safety/informational personnel, including the Primary Care Manager. 9. The Promoter ensure safety to all persons participating in the Event and ensure the order during the Event, among others by: the Event safety/informational personnel that is distinguished by its clothing; appointing the Primary Care Manager, who will be in charge of the Event safety/informational personnel; making the Health Service available. 10. The Promoter guarantees the fire precautions by ensuring that:

5 The Event safety/informational personnel and the Promoter know a placement of the hand firefighting equipment and fire hydrants, as well as principles of a procedure in the event of fire; The Event safety/informational personnel knows principles of a procedure in the scope of evacuation, alarming the fire brigade, rules of using the hand firefighting equipment, giving first aid. 11. The Promoter in the scope determined by the Act and by the implementing rules is entitled to record the Event, and especially to record a behavior of persons, using recorders for the purpose of safety. Moreover, the Promoter is entitled to record the Event for documentation, promotion and advertisement purposes of the Event, the next years Events, the Promoter and the sponsors. An image of the person being in the venue may be recorded free of charge and then distributed for documentation, report, promotion and advertisement purposes and the participant gives its consent to that prior to entering the venue. Entering the venue is a simultaneous agreement of the participant for using its image free of charge in connection with production, representation, advertisement or usage of the film, video and audio record of the mass event. 12. The Promoter reserves itself the right to make amendments to the schedule of the Event due to reasonable reasons, for example if the Artist cancels the concert, Force Majeure, etc., and moreover, the Promoter is entitled to establish and change the schedule of the Event regarding time and artistry, without prior consultation and compensation. 13. The participants and all other persons, who are in the venue of the Event, shall be obliged to behave in a way that does not pose a threat to a safety of other people participating in the Event or to the schedule of the Event, but in particular to observe the provisions of the Regulations. It is forbidden to destroy marks and information plates, advertising medium, devices and equipment being in the venue of the Event, etc. The participants may use the sanitary rooms only in accordance with their purpose. 14. The Event safety/informational personnel holding the identifier on the visible place pursuant to the regulations of the Act shall be entitled to: check the ID of persons in order to determine their identity, review the baggage content and the persons clothes, if there is a suspicion they hold or bring items such as a weapon or any other hazardous items, issue ordinal instructions to persons who disturb public order or behave contrary to the Regulations of the Event, and if they don t not follow the instructions remove these persons from the Event.

6 use physical strength in the form of restraining locks and similar defensive techniques, if the goods deposited in the security s place are in danger or repel of attack on a member of the Event safety/informational personnel or on other person, capture all persons who posed an immediate threat to human life or health, as well as to the protected property in order to transfer such persons to the Police immediately. 15. The Event safety/informational personnel may issue its own instructions concerning safety and fire prevention in accordance with mandatory provisions of law in a threatening situation, but if there is no possibility to use the existing instructions. 4 FINAL PROVISIONS 1. The Regulations are available on a website: 2. Directly before beginning the Event, the Regulations shall be placed in the visible places of the venue. 3. The Regulations concerning mass event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. 4. All rights to name and the Event s logo are reserved for the Promoter. The official programs and gadgets concerning the Event may be sold only in the venue or in the points of sale authorized by the Promoter. 5. All correspondence to the Promoter shall be sent to the address indicated in the Regulations, in writing and by registered mail. 6. To all matters not settled herein provisions of the Act shall apply. 7. The Regulations shall enter into force on
