1 Terms & Conditions- Navrasa Duende Global Carnival NAVRASA DUENDE GLOBAL CARNIVAL 2018 ("Event") is being held at DELHI (Venue) tentatively on the 23rd, 24th and 25th February 2018 (Event Dates) and is being organized by Navrasa Duende Private Limited or its affiliates, licensees or service providers ("Organizers"). 2 Dates of Event are tentative and can be rescheduled at the discretion of the Organizers. 3 Each ticket admits one person only unless otherwise specified on the ticket. 4 All offer TnCs are Subject to respective third party terms and conditions. 5 Anyone born on or before 1st January 2006 is eligible to buy the pass. Entry is prohibited for anyone born after the mentioned date. 6 All guest will have to present their valid ID cards at the Box Office while exchanging their tickets for Wrist Bands 7 Patrons are urged to buy tickets from legitimate sources only and are advised to check and ensure that their tickets are not fake or photocopied. Original tickets include a barcode or hologram. In case the hologram or the barcode are tampered/damaged with in any manner whatsoever, such tickets may not be accepted and the decision of the Organizers in this regard shall be final. 8 Patrons must mandatorily carry an original valid government issued identity proof (with the date of birth etc. of the patron) (IDProof). 9 Re-entry to the Event shall not be permitted under any circumstances. 10 Tickets will be handed over to patrons at the box office on producing a valid invoice / booking id and original ID Proof. 11 In case the Event is cancelled for any reasons, a full refund shall be issued to all patrons within reasonable time. No request for refund in any event or situation, except as mentioned above, shall be entertained, including in case of any rescheduling and change in details of Event.

2 12 The Organizers reserve the rights of admission, even to valid ticket holders for reasons of security, and any other reasons in its sole discretion. 13 The Organizers may include RFID wristbands at the Event. If wristbands are used by the Organizers (whether or not RFID enabled), such RFID wristbands would be delivered via home delivery / issued at the box office and will enable access to the Event Venue for the Event Dates. Patrons need to keep/wear their wristband for all days of the Event for which the tickets have been purchased. Patrons are required to retain their wristband and ticket with them at all times during the Event. If a patron is unable to provide the wristband and the ticket on the Organizers request, the Organizers reserve the right to remove the patron from the Event Venue. 14 Organizers reserve the right to randomly check patrons for tickets and wristbands. 15 Patrons need to ensure not to lose/damage their tickets/wristbands. In case tickets/wristbands are lost/stolen/damaged, no replacements shall be issued. Wristbands removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and WILL NOT be replaced, irrespective of the patron having a ticket. 16 No access shall be allowed to the Event Venue without a wristband and the corresponding ticket (both to be carried at all times by the Patrons). Duplicate tickets or wristbands will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets and/or wristbands as the case maybe. 17 Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation aside from other remedies/recourse (civil and/or criminal) that the Organizers may have in law or otherwise. 18 Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft of any personal belongings or any injury/damage that the patron may incur at or around the Event. 19 Organizers reserve the right to perform security check on invitees/member of audience/patrons at the entry point of the Event Venue for security reasons or within the premises of the Event Venue and on denial for any reasons have the right to ask the Patron to leave the Venue. 20 Patrons shall not be allowed to carry the following items inside the Venue or parking lots etc. (Restricted Articles): o Cameras, video camcorders, any recording devices. o Travel Bags and Strollers o Any kind of arms and ammunitions o Any sharp items or any object that may harm others o Any illegal substances o Food and beverages (including alcohol or other beverages) o Cigarettes/cigars (lighters, matches etc.) in the performing area o Helmets.

3 21 Organizers are under no obligation to keep or ensure any storage section or lockers etc. or otherwise accept any articles for safekeeping and in the event Organizers do provide for a storage for some articles carried by the patron (not being the above Restricted Articles), the patron shall deposit such items with the Organizers/their service providers at their sole risk. Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any such items. Patrons are requested to not carry any Restricted Articles to the Event/Venue. 22 Parking near or at the Event Venue is subject to availability and is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner. 23 Organizers will not be held responsible for any damage or theft of any goods/vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the Event Venue. 24 Consumption and sale of illegal substances at the Venue/Event is strictly prohibited. 25 Consumables (food/drinks/alcohol) from outside of the Event are not allowed and will be confiscated. 26 Food and beverages will be available inside the Event Venue by independent third party food stalls for purchase in exchange for coupons/through RFID wristbands/rfid solutions (Coupons/Digital Coupons). Patrons may purchase food and beverage coupons at the Event Venue on a non-refundable basis. Organizers are not responsible for the quality/availability of the foods, beverages., drinks etc. at such stalls and Patrons are requested to exercise discretion. 27 Smoking in the Event Venue/parking lots is strictly prohibited (except inside the smoking area designated by the Organizers at their sole discretion), any patron caught smoking outside the designated area may be asked to leave the Event Venue immediately and the decision of the Organizers in this regard shall be final. 28 Food and beverage Coupons/value in RFID bands/digital Coupons can be used for purchases only at the Event Venue and the same will not be refundable. After the Event, the Coupons/value in Digital Coupons/value in RFID bands etc. will expire and deemed to have been utilized by the patrons. No such amounts paid will be refundable. 29 If any alcohol is made available by any third party stalls on the Venue, Patrons shall be required to obtain legal drinking age bands (LDA) which will only be made available to patrons above the legally permissible drinking age in Delhi after displaying ID Proof. Patrons are mandatorily required to display their LDA bands while purchasing alcoholic beverages at the Event. 30 The Patrons are requested to drink responsibly and in moderation. 31 Any inappropriate behavior by any patron shall lead to eviction of the patron from the Event Venue and the decision of the Organizers in this regard shall be final.

4 32 At the Event Venue, the Patrons shall not display or endorse any sponsorships, promotional or marketing materials unless authorized by the Organizers in writing. 33 The ticket permits entry to the Event Venue only and does not include any other benefits, after party, meet and greet, etc., whatsoever. 34 Patrons shall take care and not damage any stage, installation at the Venue of the Organizers, their sponsors or other stall operators etc. and shall be liable to indemnify such parties. 35 In the event any promotional or other parties are in fact planned/organized, access to such promotional parties or after parties, shall be separate and may have other ticketing requirements and shall be purchased by the patron separately or might be on invitation only basis. 36 Patrons with history of epilepsy or any health condition that would be of concern must take adequate precautions. Patrons who have heart, back or neck trouble or conditions, pregnant women, people who have had recent surgery or an illness, people with casts, braces, restrictive devices or certain disabilities are advised to avoid attending the Event. Event Venue would have Strobe lighting patrons are advised to consider effects of the same. 37 The Event also uses amplified sound, wearing hearing protection at the Event may be helpful. 38 First aid/medical facilities will be provided, however, the Organizers shall not be responsible for any medical problems that any Patron may face at the Event. 39 Patrons acknowledge that the Organizers shall not be liable for any mishap, injury, accident, untoward incident, physical harm of any nature, death, loss of life or limb, etc., caused to him/her, at the Event Venue/parking lots, either before, during or after the Event; or while traveling to the Event; and the same will not be attributed to the Organizers, neither shall the Organizers be held responsible towards the same or be liable to indemnify or make good any claim being raised against it, for whatsoever nature. 40 The Event is subject to force majeure conditions and including, without limitation, government permissions and regulations. 41 The Event may be re scheduled or cancelled at the sole discretion of Organizers. 42 Artist lineup and billed attractions may be subject to change at the Organizer`s sole discretion. 43 Patrons carrying or suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the Venue or at the entry of the Event shall be searched and their entry to the Event shall be restricted. 44 Patrons hereby grant the Organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the images and/or recording of any tape made with the Patron`s appearance on any mode/medium of broadcast and/or exhibition anywhere in the world and for any purposes whatsoever including, without limitation, audio visual movies/after movies, clips, advertising, publicity and promotion etc.

5 45 The Organizers reserve the right, without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to Patrons found in breach of any of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, to evict the patrons from the venue aside from their rights/remedies (civil/criminal) in law or otherwise. 46 Patrons waive any and all rights to seek any equitable/injunctive relief and acknowledge that no irreparable harm would be caused to the Patron and any breach by the Organizers would be compensable in damages not exceeding ticket value. 47 All disputes to be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts only 48 Organizers reserve the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time in their sole discretion. Patrons are advised to check the terms and conditions on this website/app immediately before the Event and strictly comply with the same. 49 Patrons undertake to fully indemnify and shall keep indemnified and hold harmless the Organizers, their sponsors and services providers in the event of breach or alleged breach by the patron of any of their representations, warranties, undertakings or any of the terms and conditions hereunder. 50 BY PURCHASING THE TICKET, THE PATRON ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS POSTED OUTSIDE THE VENUE AND AT THE BACK OF THE ORIGINAL TICKET.
