3 CDE Updates: CCIP State Match Submit local match letters to Gail Brodie at CDE, EESD Notify Gail if no local match can be secured Visit the CCIP website for State Match information, a list of local match funders, and letter templates Prepare for next year s State Match and consider new partnerships to support your CCIP work

4 CDE: Transitioning Participant from PD Profile to ECE Workforce Registry For the period July 1 - December 31, 2016: Submit long form and short form data for all trainings/activities that took place through December 31, Once it has all been recorded, submit to the CDTC by Feb. 17, Starting January 1, 2017: Have participants complete the revised short form only (the long form is no longer being used). If a participant has not obtained a registry ID number, they can still complete the rest of the short form. Contact the Janell Doornenbal at the CDTC for questions and technical assistance.

5 CDE Updates: ECE Workforce Registry Recommendations: Register yourself on the Registry website (+ encourage all CCIP team staff at your R&R to sign up) Help child care providers to join the Registry Encourage participants to bring their Registry ID card to trainings or take a picture using a cell phone. Keep a record of Registry ID numbers for your participants so if they forget to bring them, you have them handy
