8 Actuarial Maps RMA is in the process of converting all paper maps to GIS As maps are completed, they are posted as shapefiles on RMA s webpage for AIP s use. Beginning in the 2006 crop year, RMA ran its high risk land file against each AIP s book of business. File was released to each AIP for review and correction in February Compliance issued deadline of June 30, 2007 to complete review and make any needed corrections. Actuarial Maps For the 2007 crop year maps already converted were edited as acreage report pass through the Data Acceptance System (DAS) Edit was put in place July 17, Edit is only on high risk land and is only a warning. File for T-yields are also being provided to AIP s. In the future, T-Yields will also be edited.
