MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER ELIGIBILITY: The Schofferhoffer Grapefruit Choose Happiness Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ) begins at approximately 12:01 AM Eastern Time ( ET ) on 03/01/18 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 05/31/18 (the Sweepstakes Period ). Must be a US resident 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. CA and NJ residents are not eligible to participate in the Instant Win promotion. Employees of Radeberger Gruppe USA ( Sponsor ), Sponsor s advertising/promotional agencies, and alcohol beverage licensees (plus immediate family members of all such employees) are not eligible to participate. The term immediate family members includes spouses, children, and siblings. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, access the Sweepstakes entry form at Follow the instructions to enter and provide your name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (month, day, and year), phone number, and address. Submit your entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, but an internet connection is required. All entries must be received by the close of the Sweepstakes Period. In case of an identity dispute, the registered owner of the address used to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed the entrant. The use of automated entry devices of any kind is prohibited. The Sweepstakes Period is comprised of two entry periods (each referred to as an Entry Period ): Entry Period Beginning Ending Drawing Date (on or around) 1 12:01 AM ET on 03/01/18 11:59 PM ET on 04/15/18 04/18/ :01 AM ET on 04/16/18 11:59 PM ET on 05/31/18 06/04/18 Bonus Entry: After you enter the Sweepstakes, you will be invited (but not obligated) to share the Sweepstakes with your friends by posting or copying/pasting a unique URL that can be attributed back to you (a Referral URL ). If an eligible friend with a valid address enters the Sweepstakes during that same Entry Period using your Referral URL, you will receive a Bonus Entry into the Sweepstakes for that Entry Period; provided, an entry by a friend via any other channel during that Entry Period other than by your Referral URL will not provide you with a Bonus Entry. All referrals are not final until verified by Sponsor. There is a limit of one entry and one Bonus Entry per person or per address per Entry Period. In case of multiple entries or Bonus Entries within any one Entry Period from any one person or address, only the first entry or Bonus Entry will be accepted. NOTIFICATION AND PRIZES: There are two (2) Grand Prizes and 100 Instant Win Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes. One Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected, subject to confirmation of eligibility, from among all eligible entries received by the close of each Entry Period. There will be two Grand Prize drawings: the first drawing will be conducted within one week after the close of Entry Period 1 and the second drawing will be conducted within one week after the close of Entry Period 2. One hundred Instant Win Prize winners will be randomly selected, subject to confirmation of eligibility, during the Sweepstakes Period. Non-winning entries from Entry Period 1 remain eligible for the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize drawing. All winners will be notified by phone or . This prize package for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest is comprised of: (i) transportation* (see below) to Miami, Florida, (ii) seven (7) nights hotel accommodations in South Beach, Miami (based on one standard room, double occupancy), (iii) one (1) two-hour private DJ masterclass with a top Miami DJ instructor, (iv) VIP entry to a top Miami nightclub (to include a 2-hour preparty at a trendy South Beach area lounge, limo transportation from the lounge to the club, and skip-the line entry to the club), (v) cabana rental for one (1) day at a top Miami beach club to include brunch, (vi) one (1) four-hour private sailing charter on Biscayne Bay to include soft drinks and snacks, (vii) two (2) tickets to a live music performance at a top Miami venue (up to a value of $ per ticket), (viii) one (1) three-course dinner at a top Miami restaurant (up to $ per person including gratuity), (ix) one (1) 45 minute sightseeing helicopter flight over Miami and Miami Beach to include roundtrip ground transfers, (x) one $75.00

2 Uber gift card to use while in Miami, and (xi) $1, in spending money for personal expenses to be transferred to the Grand Winner s bank account. *Transportation: If the Grand Prize Winner s residence is located 150 miles or more from Miami Beach, Florida, (as determined by Sponsor), the Grand Prize Winner will receive round-trip coach air transportation for two adults from the international airport in the continental United States nearest to the Grand Prize Winner s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Miami, Florida plus round-trip ground transportation to the hotel and arriving airport in Miami. If the Grand Prize Winner s residence is located less than 150 miles from Miami, Florida, (as determined by Sponsor), the Grand Prize Winner will receive, in lieu of air transportation, private limousine service for two adults to and from the hotel. Hotel to be selected by Sponsor. The Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) of the Learn to DJ in Miami Prize Package (inclusive of management fee) is $10,000.00, but will vary depending upon the location of the Grand Prize Winner s residence and the mode of transportation awarded. The odds of winning the Learn to DJ in Miami Prize Package in either Entry Period will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that Entry Period together with the total number of non-winning entries from any previous Entry Period. Any and all other costs and expenses not specifically stated herein including, but not limited to, all federal, state, and local income taxes, additional transportation, taxis, insurance, fuel, additional meals and beverages, gratuities, room service, upgrades, other services, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest to pay. The ARV of the Surf in Costa Rica Prize Package (inclusive of management fee) is $10, The odds of winning the Surf in Costa Rica Prize Package in either Entry Period will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that Entry Period together with the total number of non-winning entries from any previous Entry Period. Any and all other costs and expenses not specifically stated herein including, but not limited to, all federal, state, and local income taxes, passports, additional transportation, taxis, insurance, fuel, additional meals and beverages, gratuities, room service, upgrades, other services, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest to pay. Choose Your Own Adventure Prize Package. This prize package for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest is comprised of: (i) round-trip coach air transportation from the international airport in the continental United States nearest to the Grand Prize Winner s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to a location chosen by the Grand Prize Winner, plus round-trip transportation to the hotel and arriving airport, (ii) five (5) nights hotel accommodations (based on one standard room, double occupancy), (iii) daily breakfast, (iv) Grand Prize Winner s choice of adventure experience. Hotel to be selected by Sponsor. The ARV of the Choose Your Own Adventure Prize Package is $10, which includes a non-negotiable $1, management fee. The odds of winning the Choose Your Own Adventure Prize Package in either Entry Period will depend on the

3 total number of eligible entries received during that Entry Period together with the total number of non-winning entries from any previous Entry Period. Any and all other costs and expenses not specifically stated herein or included in the experience chosen by the Grand Prize Winner including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local income taxes, passports, additional transportation, taxis, insurance, fuel, additional meals and beverages, gratuities, room service, upgrades, other services, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest to pay. The Choose Your Own Adventure Prize Package must be used and completed within one year from the date of drawing and will be will be awarded if selected by the Grand Prize Winner unless Sponsor cannot obtain required documentation from the Grand Prize Winner or his/her guest. Additional Conditions relating to the Choose Your Own Adventure Prize Package: The final location, inclusions, and experiences are subject to Sponsor s approval and Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, to reject locations and/or experiences that are deemed by Sponsor as too dangerous, unsafe, or unsuitable, or that would result in total costs exceeding $8, Travel, lodging, and individual experiences cannot be changed once booked/reserved. Exact prize/experience inclusions are dependent upon the selected destination location. This prize package includes a personal travel manager who will assist with decisions on the selection of the location and prize package experiences and who will assist with making necessary travel arrangements. The Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive up to $1, from the prize package value of $8, in cash that can be used for personal expenses while on the trip with the $8, prize package value then being reduced accordingly. Cash election must be made prior to booking of travel and lodging. No other cash alternatives are available. Travel, lodging, meals, cash, and value of the prize package experiences cannot exceed $8, Date and flight restrictions may apply. Instant Win Prizes. CA and NJ residents are not eligible to participate in the Instant Win promotion. Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, entrants will be also eligible to win one (1) of 100 Instant Win Prizes which will be randomly assigned to a specific day and time during the Sweepstakes Period. Each eligible entrant who first enters immediately after the randomly assigned specific day and time will be an Instant Win Prize Winner. Instant Win Prize: One (1) $50.00 Hotels.com e-gift Card to be delivered via . The Hotels.com e-gift Card does not expire and is valid only for new hotel bookings at The Hotels.com e-gift Card cannot be used for bookings that are paid for at the hotel, made over the phone, part of a package booking, (i.e., hotel and flight), made through a group travel service, or made prior to receipt of the Instant Win Prize. If lost or stolen, the Hotels.com e-gift Card will not be replaced, and there will be no refunds. No reproductions will be accepted. No cash value. Not valid with any other offer. Grand Prize Trips cannot be taken over major public holidays, including federal and religious holidays, in the United States and, if applicable, the destination county. In addition, the Learn to DJ in Miami Prize Package is not available between 03/10/19 and 03/31/19. Age, weight, and height restrictions may apply to chosen activities or experiences. No alcohol is being provided as part of the Grand Prize. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be sold or auctioned, and have no cash surrender value. Each Grand Prize Winner may select one (1) travel companion who must be 21 years of age or older. ( Guest ). Blackout dates apply. Grand Prize Winners and Guests must use the Grand Prize in one trip, travel on the same itinerary for flights, ground transportation, and events/experiences, and use the Grand Prize during the same days/nights. No refund or compensation will be paid if the Grand Prize or any component thereof is not used or is otherwise declined. The Grand Prize Winner and Guest will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release as a condition to being awarded the Grand Prize. Guest has no independent rights to the Grand Prize. If Sponsor does not receive personal confirmation from any Winner of being selected as a Winner within 72 hours from Sponsor s notification, or if a Winner (i) fails to complete or return any requested documents by the date specified by the Sponsor (including a copy of the Grand Prize Winner s and Guest s passport), (ii) is found to be ineligible, (iii) cannot use the prize before expiration, or (iv) fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected if time permits. Grand Prize Winner and Guest are solely responsible for obtaining passports allowing travel to selected destination. Once travel arrangements have been made, they cannot be changed. Monetary amounts stated in these Official Rules are in US dollars. If a Grand Prize Winner declines the Grand Prize for any reason, Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to continue to select a replacement Grand Prize Winner as long as time permits and the resulting delays do not affect the cost of the Grand Prize. The acceptance or use of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the Winner s name and address (city and state) and photographs (including photographs of the Grand Prize Winner and Guest while at the destination location) for promotional purposes on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value or with a company check in the amount of the ARV of the prize. In the event there is a difference between the actual value of a prize and the stated ARV of the prize, there will be no refund or reimbursement provided. Grand Prize Winners must provide their social security number and will be issued an IRS Form All Winners are liable for the payment of applicable federal and state taxes on the prize received. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. A purchase will not increase chances of winning. Winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any claims due to any injuries, damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property, resulting in whole or in part from acceptance or use of a prize or participation in the Sweepstakes. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for the proper behavior of the Grand Prize Winner and Guest at all times and no refund or compensation will be provided if the Grand Prize Winner and/or Guest is asked to leave the hotel or any other location as a result of unruly behavior. Grand Prize is subject to the Rules of the hotel and all venues visited by the Grand Prize Winner and Guest. All insurance is the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and Guest. Grand Prize Winner and Guest are responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being while using the Grand Prize and Instant Win Prize. Grand Prize Winner and Guest agree that any consumption of alcohol by the Grand Prize Winner and/or Guest while on a Grand Prize Trip will be in moderation and not prior to engaging in any dangerous activity including operating motorized vehicles or machinery. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor whose decisions are final. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity with regard to the mechanics of the Sweepstakes or the interpretation of the Official Rules. Headings are provided for convenience only. Anyone attempting to defraud or tamper with this Sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted. Sponsor is not

5 responsible or liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or loss of time arising out of any acts, omissions, or negligence, of any person, including, without limitation, transportation carriers, and any person providing any service or accommodation in conjunction with a Prize, or for delays or cancellations including, but not limited to, those resulting from mechanical breakdown, closings, strikes, government action, unsafe location, inclement weather, or Acts of God. Grand Prize Winner and Guest may be required to execute additional releases as a condition of use of the Grand Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect information caused by printing, technical or human errors, which may occur during the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, or the theft, loss, or destruction of entries. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned because of tampering, intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other reason (each an Intervening Cause ), which affects the security, fairness, or proper execution of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes if prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period, or otherwise award the Prizes through a drawing from all eligible entries received which, in Sponsor s opinion, were not affected by the Intervening Cause. Any disputes regarding this Sweepstakes shall be governed by Connecticut law and resolved in courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred but in no event attorney fees. Entrant waives any claim for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
