5 REALTORfest 2018 Terms & Conditions Definitions The word shall mean the Richmond Association of T Inc., except that in Section 4 (Limits of Indemnification) the word shall mean not only the Richmond Association of T Inc. but also its directors, committees, members, or agents acting on behalf of the Association. The word shall mean the applicant on the Application to which these Terms and Conditions are attached.
