3 COVERAGE WITHOUT COMPROMISE Choose the plan that fits your individual needs. Coverage is available for up to 6 years. Includes the following benefits for Tire & Wheel Protection Coverage for tire or wheel damage as a result of operational or structural failure due to a defect in material or workmanship Replacement of a damaged tire due to a covered road hazard. A road hazard is defined as debris on a public roadway such as nails, glass, potholes, rocks, tree limbs or other objects not normally found in a roadway Replacement of wheel if it won t hold a seal with your new tire Coverage of associated costs (labor, wheel weights, valve stems, and taxes plus any disposal fees) Continued coverage for replaced tires as long as they meet your vehicle manufacturer s size specifications Reimbursement of towing expenses up to $100 per occurrence in the event of covered road hazard damage COVERAGE EXCLUSIONS MAY APPLY: 1 Damage to tires with less than 3/32 tread depth at the lowest point on the tire at the time of damage A road hazard does not include road conditions found in construction site/zones ADDITIONAL BENEFITS INCLUDE: No aggregate dollar limit No mileage limitations No limit to the number of covered claims No deductible One time transfer to another owner in a private sale

4 KEY REPLACEMENT Whether your keys are lost, stolen, or damaged, you ll be taken care of with Key Replacement Protection KEY REPLACEMENT BENEFITS Replacement of the covered vehicle key/remote if lost, damaged, or stolen, up to $800 per occurrence Lock-out assistance to unlock the vehicle if your vehicle keys are lost, damaged, or stolen, up to $100 per occurrence ADDITIONAL BENEFITS Towing assistance, up to $100 per occurrence Taxi/rental vehicle/public transportation reimbursement, up to $75 per occurrence Replacement benefit for additional nonprogrammable keys on the key ring, up to $250 per covered key claim for a total of up to three (3) occurrences COVERAGE EXCLUSIONS MAY APPLY: 1 Replacement keys, if you did not receive two (2) master keys at the time of purchase/lease of the vehicle Replacement keys, if the damaged keys are covered by the manufacturer s, repairer s, or supplier s warranty or recall Any costs associated when the vehicle key becomes inoperable due to malfunctioning, or a result of reprogramming of vehicle s main body ECU KEY REPLACEMENT
