Technical Support is available. (see rental rates) Any equipment brought into the venue must be CSA/UL approved. SOUND Will you be using our house and sound system? If food and beverages are required for the event, the user shall request from the booking agent the list of approved catering service providers and use one of the approved catering service providers for the provision of all food and beverages at the event. The user shall be responsible for all costs associated with the catering services.

Any repair costs related to damaged equipment will be charged to your account. The Community Credit Union Business Innovation Center reserves the right to deny any application or to shut down any effect onsite that is deemed unsafe or where proper permits cannot be produced. FRONT OF HOUSE INFORMATION Please note that merchandise or information tables are only permitted by the front lobby with special permission from Management. Two tables (2.5 x 6 ) are available. How many requested for the lobby? Tear-Down Requirement: All sets, props, instruments etc. must be removed from the building at the end of your rental period. INSURANCE All Renters are required to carry Commercial General Liability insurance in the amount of two-million dollars ($2,000,000.00), covering the Tenant s production and activities, and shall include a Tenant Legal Liability clause in an amount no less than five-hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) and shall include a Products & Completed Operations endorsement. The Renter s insurance must name the Community Credit Union Business Innovation Center as an additional insured. The CCUBIC does not provide liability coverage. 4 4 Costs Based on the information provided and the dates scheduled for this event, the costs related to this booking will total $ plus HST. Please see schedule of fees attached. All payments shall be made payable to the Community Credit Union Business Innovation Centre. We will need contact information for the person who will be the key contact for the facility during your rental period. Who will be responsible for ensuring all sets, props, equipment, costumes, lobby displays, etc. have been removed and that the Green Room and Dressing rooms are tidy? You will be provided a FOB and key for building and equipment access which must be returned at the end of your booking period. If not returned, a charge of $100 will be levied on your account.
