2 TEEN PARTIES Sweet 16, birthday parties for ages 13-19, graduation open houses are all considered as, but not limited to, teen parties. Teen events must be booked by an accompanying adult. Events catered to teenagers after 7pm will be required to pay for security via TSC. **TSC cannot be rented for teen clubs or any other pay at the door/general admission type of event. Teen RAVE parties will be denied permission to host at the Silver Centre. An adult or parent MUST be present at any teen event. Teen event hours will end at 12 Midnight on any day. No loitering allowed in or around the facility or the building. Teen events can be shut down at ANY TIME at the discretion of TSC management if we deem the rules aren t being followed to their full extent and refunds will not be given. SECURITY In house security is MANDATORY for any event: Where alcohol is sold and/or consumed Any adult party/event starting at or after 7pm hosting more than 50 people Any event catered to teens after 6pm with ANY amount of people No outside security is allowed. TSC has an exclusive security company, Nation One Security, that will be on call and the renter is responsible for their fees. Any event coordinator or person there of that does not agree with our security policies or insists on using their own security will be denied permission of their event. Security for an adult event is as follows: Required for any event hosting over 100 people after 7pm or at the discretion of TSC Management One officer per 100 guests is required, guest count not to exceed capacity per Fire Marshalls standards.
3 FOOD, BEVERAGE & ALCOHOL NO outside alcohol is permitted in the facility. Any event desiring alcohol will be required to use our exclusive beverage caterer, The Fluidity Bar, and may contact Ms. Angela Smith at for questions regarding bar services. You may bring in your own food or choose your own caterer for food, but NO alcohol shall be brought in. If your caterer of choice does not have a catering license, eg; your parents, church, etc., you must sign a release of liability form that will be kept on file with your contract. This ensures safety for all, secures liability, licensed bartenders and staff. The Fluidity Bar does have the required catering liquor license per the state of Indiana. Once it is acknowledged that alcohol is requested, a price list for a bar, bartender, and chosen beverages will be handed to renter as well as our security policy (see SECURITY). NO alcohol is permitted for those under 21 years of age. PRICING *Due to the lobby being a part of the entrance, it will only be available separately if no other event is going on in either Suite. If needed, it will also become a part of the rental of another suite. *The Platinum Room has a 4 hour minimum at all times. All rental suite hourly rates include tables and chairs needed for the event. -Renter is required to set up their own event within the allotted set up time (including tables & chairs). If they would like the TSC staff to prepare the room for them there is a minimal fee (see chart). Renter will be given 1 hour set up time and 1 hour clean up time before and after the event with their room rental. TSC will offer a 10% discount to all non-for-profit groups renting space that can provide a copy of their State Tax Exemption Documentation or 501c3 documentation. There is also a 10% discount for any event given FOR or BY a U.S. veteran. For any event that is selling tickets, rather in advance or at the door, there will be an additional $25/hr added to your hourly charge per room. As part of that service charge, TSC would be willing to sell tickets for your event.

Also includes the use of all AV in the Platinum Suite and the lobby on Sundays. Corporate/Business Meeting Package: starting at $180/week (normally $240/week) Includes a minimum of 8 hours in any Silver Bullion Suite Monday-Friday 8am-6pm Portable AV use in your meeting room Can discuss options if Platinum Suite is needed weekly for business needs
