Their team helped us resolve some interesting challenges including working with carriers to limit otherwise typical insurance policy exclusions to better accommodate the work we needed covered, and bringing a recent collateral snag to an agreeable resolution. In terms of day-to-day administration, they not only have a well-tested set of procedures, but have also demonstrated a great deal of flexibility in adjusting those procedures to accommodate the Port s existing processes.
