3 Steps to application success Quoting and submission software makes the process easy Start: Use Assurant Health s quoting and submission tool to begin 1. Start quote 2. Enter client information 3. Estimate premium tax credit 4. Pre- Marketplace plan preview Go to the Marketplace Quick stop: On the Marketplace Customer Authorizations: Don t forget these need to be submitted before the sale is considered complete 5. Apply for a tax credit Click Return to Issuer to return to Assurant Health s platform 6. Post- Marketplace plan selection 7. 13 Quick guide: Log in to the Marketplace You ll log in to the Marketplace site using your Federally Facilitated Marketplace ID (FFM ID) Select the plan the customer wishes to purchase 13 Assurant Health has applied to offer plans in 16 states on the Federally Facilitated Marketplace for open enrollment starting November 15, Marketplace availability is subject to QHP certification by CMS.
