PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that on July 25, 2018, the Debtors filed the Second Amendment to the Plan Supplement for the Third Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization for Technologies HoldCo and Its Debtor Affiliates [Docket No. 643]. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that on July 26, 2018, the Bankruptcy Court confirmed the Fourth Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization of Technologies HoldCo and Its Debtor Affiliates Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (the Plan ), 2 which was attached as Exhibit A to the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order Confirming the Fourth Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization of 1 The Debtors in these chapter 11 cases, along with the last four digits of each Debtor s federal tax identification number, include: Technologies HoldCo (7239); Technologies MidCo (7482); Technologies (7501); Full Throttle Films, (0487); FAAST Leasing California, (7857); Revolution Display, (6711); Finco, (5625); CPV Europe Investments (2533); and Maxwell Bay Holdings (3433).
