( THQI ) and certain of its subsidiaries, as debtors and debtors in possession (collectively, the Debtors ), have filed a supplement to Schedule F of the Schedules of Assets and Liabilities for THQ Inc. (the Supplemental Schedule F ), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1. Supplemental Schedule F adds additional parties (the Supplemental Parties ) with their respective claim amounts in accordance with the Debtors books and records, which have been reconciled since February 19, 2013, the date the Schedules of Assets and Liabilities were filed [D.I. 395] The Debtors in these chapter 11 cases and the last four digits of each Debtor s taxpayer identification number are as follows THQ Inc. (1686); THQ Digital Studios Phoenix, Inc. (1056); THQ Wireless Inc. (7991); Volition, Inc. (4944); and Vigil Games, Inc. (8651). Kaufman Concerning Debtors Supplemental Schedules of Assets and Liabilities, which is filed in support of Supplemental Schedule F. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to Local Rule and the General Bar Date Order, the Supplemental Parties shall have until August 26, 2013, to file a proof of claim against the Debtors bankruptcy estates (the Bar Date ). ( Starcom ), which such claims are identified on the Debtors claims register as claim no. 490 and administrative expense claim no. 712 (collectively, Starcom s Claims ). The Scheduled Claims are duplicative of amounts invoiced from Starcom and, therefore, either Starcom s Claims for these amounts or the Scheduled Claims must be disallowed under Bankruptcy Code 502(e) to avoid allowance of duplicative claims. If Starcom s Claims for the amounts invoiced by any vendor Scheduled in this amendment are disallowed, that vendor s Scheduled Claim will no longer be contingent and should be deemed allowed. The Debtors have a pending objection to Starcom s Claims [D.I. 834], which seeks to disallow Starcom s duplicative claims and reduce Starcom s Claims to a general unsecured claim of $237, This amount reflects Starcom s fees, which are separate and apart from the vendors claims.
