I am a Operations Supervisor, employed by Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC ( KCC ), the claims, noticing, and solicitation agent retained by After-Party-2, Inc. (f/k/a Event Rentals, Inc.) and its twelve Chapter 11 affiliates (collectively, the "Debtors") to assist with the solicitation and voting process in the above-captioned Chapter 11 cases, pursuant to the Order Authorizing the Appointment of Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC as Administrative Agent Nunc Pro Tunc to the Petition Date Pursuant to Section 327 of the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rule 2014 [Docket No. 168] entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on March 14, My business address is 2335 Alaska Ave, El Segundo, California, I am over the age of 18 and not a party to this action. Except as otherwise noted, I could and would testify to the following based upon my personal knowledge. I submit this Supplemental Affidavit of Service in connection with the service of Solicitation Packages (as defined herein) for the First Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation for After-Party2, Inc. (f/k/a Event Rentals, Inc.) and Its Affiliated Debtors Proposed by the Debtors and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors [Docket No.616] (the First Amended Plan ). 1 The Debtors and the last four digits of their respective taxpayer identification numbers are: After-Party, Inc. 2 Case PJW Doc 690 Filed 08/20/14 Page 2 of On July 16, 2014, the Court entered the Order (I) Approving the Disclosure Statement Relating to the Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation for After-Party2, Inc.; (II) Approving Form of Ballots and Proposed Solicitation and Tabulation Procedures for the Plan; (III) Approving the Solicitation Packages and Prescribing the Form and Manner of Notice and Distribution Thereof; (IV) Establishing Procedures for (A) Voting in Connection with the Plan Confirmation Process and (B) Temporary Allowance of Claims Related Thereto; and (V) Scheduling a Confirmation Hearing [Docket No. 630] (the Disclosure Statement Order ). 3. KCC is charged with the duty of printing and distributing Solicitation Packages to creditors and other parties in interest in these chapter 11 cases pursuant to the instructions set forth in the Disclosure Statement Order. 4. The following documents and materials were approved by the Court for distribution to holders of claims entitled to vote on the First Amended Plan (collectively, the Solicitation Package ): a) a CD-ROM containing the First Amended Disclosure Statement with Respect to the Chapter 11 Plan for After-Party2, Inc. (f/k/a Event Rentals, Inc.) and Its Affiliated Debtors Proposed By the Debtors and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditor; including the First Amended Plan, Disclosure Statement Order, Final DIP Order and Sale Order as exhibits [Docket No. 635] (the First Amended Disclosure Statement ); b) Notice of (A) Solicitation of Votes to Accept or Reject the Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation for After-Party2, Inc. (f/k/a Event Rentals, Inc.) and Its Affiliated Debtors (B) Hearing to Consider Plan Confirmation, and (C) Deadline for Filing Objections to the Plan (the Confirmation Hearing Notice ); c) a ballot for accepting or rejecting the Plan, intended for the appropriate voting class as described below: Class 3 Prepetition Lender Claims (the Class 3 Ballot ); Class 4 General Unsecured Claims (the Class 4 Ballot ); and Class 5 Liquidity Claims & Opt-Out Unsecured Claims (the Class 5 Ballot ). d) a cover letter from the Creditors Committee in Support of the Plan (the Committee Letter ); and 2

Additionally, the following notices were approved by the Court for distribution: Notice of (A) Hearing to Consider Confirmation of the Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation for After-Party2, Inc. (f/k/a Event Rentals, Inc.) and Its Affiliated Debtors, (B) Treatment of Unimpaired Classes of Claims, and (C) Deadline for Filing Objections to the Plan (the Unimpaired Notice of Non-Voting Status ); and Notice of (A) Hearing to Consider Confirmation of the Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation for After-Party2, Inc. (f/k/a Event Rentals, Inc.) and Its Affiliated Debtors, (B) Treatment of Class of Equity Interests Deemed to Have Rejected the Plan, and (C) Deadline for Filing Objections to the Plan (the Impaired Notice of Non-Voting Status ). 6. On or before August 5, 2014, at my direction and under my supervision, employees of KCC sent per postal forwarding address the Solicitation Package (i.e., a CD-ROM containing the First Amended Disclosure Statement, the Confirmation Hearing Notice, the Committee Letter, the Class 4 Ballot, and a Return Envelope) via First Class Mail to the holders of Class 4 General Unsecured Claims listed on Exhibit A, and on August 12, 2014 to the holders of Class 4 General Unsecured Claims listed on Exhibit B via Overnight Mail. 7. On August 4, 2014, at my direction and under my supervision, employees of KCC sent per postal forwarding address the Impaired Notice of Non-Voting Status via First Class Mail to the service list attached hereto as Exhibit C.
