Dr. Lamarra has led the FERC licensing process for multiple large-scale run-of-river hydroelectric projects. Brent L. Smith, Director, Riverbank North America, Inc. Brent specializes in project management, construction supervision and project operation for hydroelectric generating facilities. Brent has been involved in a wide variety of hydroelectric generation projects from initial site selection through licensing, design and construction. Robert A.
