1 Student Organization/Club Activity list & Budget Proposal Each organization or club should work together with its membership to identify activities they plan to organize, participant in, and/or host this school year. First, please list your organization or club s major events, such as hosting regional meetings, conferences, or dinners, or participation in other large events that require special budgetary allocation. Please provide a budget proposal for each activity, which specifically delineates how the money will be allocated on a separate document. Next, please list any additional activities (non-major) your organization or club plans to engage in. Please provide a budget proposal for each activity where funding is being requested, which specifically addresses how the money will be allocated on a separate document. When listing each activity, please identify if students will have the opportunity to demonstrate their level of proficiency in one or more co-curricular learning outcomes (Appendix A). If so, please describe how the activity will provide the opportunity for students to meet one or more co-curricular learning outcomes. Finally, please attach a document listing all of the members of your club and/or organization and the expected year of graduation for each member.
